"El Mirador certainly provided an alternative to the usual holiday complex. The atmosphere was quite and calm and felt safe at all times. Whether this detracts from the holiday feel depends on what you are hoping to gain from your well earned break - if youre looking for somewhere to relax in peace and quiet this is the complex for you, however if you prefer the sound made by groups of children playing around the pool, food and drinks being prepared and served and music/entertainment on tap then this is probably not the place for you. Personally, we enjoyed the semi-residential feel on this particular 10-day break but would not automatically choose a complex as quiet as this for future holidays - it just depends on what type of break feels appropriate at the time of booking."

Thanks very much for your feedback. Yes it is a quieter complex but on the other hand I would not expect to see groups of children playing around the pool outside of the school holidays.
Every possible amenity and all the facilities that Los Cristianos has to offer are only a 10 min stroll away so we feel the apartment offers the ideal combination.

| "The apartment was clean and well furnished the penthouse was good for sunbathing even in the winter months as the balcony was in shade most of the day.
The apartment is nicely positioned on the complex towards the sea front, with the gated exit just below.
The complex is very peaceful and quiet at night, even with all the bars round the perimeter.
We would definitely choose the same apartment and complex again.
The transfers from/to the airport were excellent and Andy the driver was spot on time both ways, we will certainly be using this service again (no waiting for taxis).

| "We were very happy with the apartment, it had everything we expected. The apartment was well furnished and was well stocked with kitchen accessories, towels, etc. The roof terrace was excellent and private! We would certainly consider returning to the complex and the apartment. It was nice to be close to the town for shops, restaurants and cafes but also had eating places close at hand. The views from the apartment were also lovely. Thank you for making our holiday a good one!"

| "Just returned from a weeks stay mid July at this property. Highly enjoyable stay, very quiet location but within easy walking distance of shops,bars and restauarants.Highly recommend nearby Steakhouse "MARGUI". Delicious food and excellent friendly service. Dined here 3 out of our 7 nights and were never disappointed.Would definitely consider staying at apartment again however maybe not mid summer as without air-conditioning, heat in apartment could be quite unbearable especially at night.Private roof terrace a definite advantage."

"O 206 was very comfortable, very clean and the attention to detail excellent. We have stayed in many apartments in the past and while one can get cheaper 'you get what you pay for'.
Everything was as described in the advert. Micro wave, cooker, hob,washing machine, t.v. (sometimes with sky sports 1 for footy addicts), DVD, radio and lots more.
The great thing is when the sun left the main balcony at about 1.30pm one could retire to the vast and private roof terrace in warm sunshine until it went down at 7.00pm
At this time of year the pool was too cold for us but some hardy souls braved it.
We stayed 16.3.07 to 30.3.07 and the weather was often cloudy at mid day but before and after sunny and hot although several visits into the hillier areas resulted in cloud and mist and quite cold except at Mount Tiedi when once through the clouds it cleared to hot sunshine.
This area of Los Christianos whilst still growing is definately the 'classier end of town'
Disappointed that we were unable to find a decent restaurant close by except for Slow Boat and Golden City (both Chinese and very good). Avoid Restaurant Charly, Ed. Jardines like the plague which you might catch from eating there. We actually prefer our food cooked and with fresh prawns, but then if you like you can have a really good argument with no apologies and finally an insult about the English.
This was an isolated incident and elsewhere we were treated well throughout.(Note - beware places with few clientele)
Visit Taylors bar in the Mirador development for a good laugh - very friendly
Minor moan - two large and two small towels for a week with often two showers a day was not enough and it appears the staff do not clean the apartment mid term if you stay a fortnight.
Arrangements for entry and leaving at any time of the day or night presented no problems.
We would certainly visit this area and this apartment again in the future."

Thank you very much for your feedback and I am so glad you enjoyed the apartment.
We advertise that you should bring your own beach / pool towels as we only provide one hand / one bath towel per person per week. As you know these are changed weekly, and we do a "partial clean" at this time.
