| "Villa Santhi was one of the most exceptional places I have ever saved. Directly on the water (and I mean directly, the huge infinity pool cascades right over the beach and the ocean is about 15feet away), it is GIGANTIC with several bedrooms and bathrooms, open air rooms and decks, amazing service. The pictures are absolutely accurate and dont even give you the half of how perfect it is. They were always available for anything we needed, and even made a special dinner for us on the deck (with candles and flowers and music). A driver was available if you wanted to leave the compound (but why would you?). Located on northern aspect of island, it was easy to get to by car from anywhere (hiring a driver, or they will come pick you up), especially if doing a ‘tour’ of the different areas of the island (mountains etc). They even transported us the last little bit by boat for an unbelievable arrival on the beach in front of the house with lea’s and tea and fruit. We went there for an anniversary celebration during an otherwise thrifty Bali month vacation, and it was a splurge but no where NEAR what you would pay anywhere else for this type of accommodation… I without a doubt would wholeheartedly recommend staying there (especially affordable if split between several families/ couples). The only time in my life that I will feel like a movie star… I wish I was there right now."

| "This tops it all. Currently living in India as expats, we use our holidays to go abroad and relax with our three small kids. We have been to Sri Lanka, the Maldives etc., but Bali - and especially Villa Santhi - has been the best experience so far.
We deliberately chose Lovina because it is off the main touristic spots in the south - and Villa Santhi is even quieter than Lovina. So, if you plan to do a lot of shopping or sighseeing, maybe go for a few additional nights in a location further south. Villa Santhi is just far away from it all - the perfect spot to relax, be it honeymooners or a family with small children. The staff will just exceed all of your expectations - they even organized car seats for all of our three kids.
We enjoyed the huge luxurious villa, the garden and the pool - directly beside the beach -, we ate too much of the yummie food and the kids just loved the pool and the treehouse and, of course, Novi, Komang, Ketut and all the other lovely souls of the staff. Every second or third day, we did a trip to the countryside, seeing waterfalls, mountains, volcanoes, temples and quiet lakes. We went to release baby turtles into the sea, we watched the dolphins off the Lovina coast - we and our kids will always remember this holiday as something completely extraordinary.
Thanks to Andrew and Santhi and all the staff for making this an experience we will always treasure.

| "We spent two weeks in December 2007 at Villa Santhi. The architecture of the house is amazing. From electronic devices (TV, DVD etc.) to the furniture, it is equipped with all the amenities we can imagine. We even had a Christmas tree!
Of course most of our time was spent outside. It was wonderful to sit at the pool just meters away from the beach enjoying the great sea view. Often we sat there until late at night. Many of these evenings one of the friendly security men played Balinese music for us, which made the atmosphere lovely.
All the staff is perfect! We took our breakfast around 1 pm – it was not a problem! The cook prepared every kind of meal we asked for. The manager and driver showed us many nice places in the area, including beautiful waterfalls, markets and a very good (Belgian!!!) restaurant.
An unforgettable highlight was our 2-day trip to the Komodo National Park to see the Komodo Dragons. We asked Novi, the manager, to assist us to get there and it was organized perfectly. For nature lovers this adventure is a must!
We had a great time in a perfect house with perfect and lovely staff. We will be back.

| "Our visit to Villa Santhi was just out of this world. The location and setting for the Villa could not be better.
All the staff were simply wonderful and our every whim was catered for, even down to the massages being done as and when required. The Special dinner on the beach, complete with the dancers was fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble for the lovely staff and the images you see on the website are even better when you arrive.
This villa is in a heaven sent location and worth the long journey to get here.
We have already booked to return in 2009.

"My wife and I spent a week in Villa Santhi in April 08. It is amazing. The villa caters for all your needs, the attention to detail is second to none. Katut the chef is top class and will cook you anything you want. We felt like rock stars and were waited on hand and foot. We had spa sessions, were taken out on a boat to watch the dolphins and Komang the manager can personally take you out on trips. We did the Royal Palace at Singaraja where we met the old King of Bali's grandson and went to an amazing 200ft waterfall ( not gitgit ) where there was no other people, we had it all to ourselves. The rooms are out of this world, the infinity pool overlooking the beach / ocean is awesome and def have the "dinner extravaganza" on the beach. If you are in North Bali / Lovina, def stay here you won't regret it."

| "We had a wonderful stay at Villa Santhi, which our son had found for us. The villa is an ideal frame for a family holiday. We had invited our children, one at home, one in the UK and one in Indonesia to Bali and we stayed in Villa Santhi for a week, and spent afterwards 10 days traveling around the Island of bali.
The villa is situated quietly at the waterfront 3 km's east of lovina. The villa is just a jewel, with spacious bedrooms, magnificent views (ocean in front and irrigated rice-fields and escarpments in the back) and a wonderful garden with a big pool. Our son had access to a car, which you will need now and then, and Villa Santhi can even arrange that.
However, one evening without a car we hired 4 motorbikes to lift us home from dinner at Lovina, - so everything can be arranged quickly and inexpensive in Bali!
All in all, the villa, the staff and the good atmosphere around Villa Santhi definately will bring us back again!

"Our stay at Villa Santhi was everything we expected and more. The location adjacent to the beach with paddy fields and hills as a backdrop is magical. The villa itself is an architectural delight and lacks for nothing in terms of style and luxury. It is spacious and airy and no expense has been spared on the interior. The gardens are superbly laid out around the infinity pool with many interesting sculptural features and more than adequate leisure space. The staff were friendly and helpful and extremely attentive and the quality of food and other services was 5 star. The villa is located centrally on the northern coast making it an ideal base for sightseeing and sporting activities. We enjoyed our stay enormously and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a luxury holiday in an exotic location.
