| "Location excellent and a good sized furnished balcony.
However, the condition of the interior of the property is in a bad need of renovation. There is a mis match of furniture, and some items are unnessesary.
Kitchen small for such a large property.
I stayed at this property two years ago, back in 2007, and nothing has been done to it since.
Looks like it has been up for sale for this time.
There is a lot of damp evidence, hallway, and two of the bedrooms.
No hot water in one of the bathrooms.
If you want to stay at this property for lacation, then I cant fault it, but any other reason I would choose somewhere else."

| "We were met by alex as soon as our taxi got to the apartments,which was excellent. If you are looking for something central,close to all amenities,aqua park,the beach and all the restaurants this is an excellent choice. The apartment itself is in need of modernisation, it is a bit run down but if you are looking at it as just somewhere to sleep at the end of the day this is fine. Not really suitable if you want to cook eat and live here for most of your trip.We had a great holiday but will be looking for somewhere a bit more modern for next year."

| "The apartment was very clean, with lots of space. Perfect location, near to the main shopping area and square, the beach was a bit of a walk but we enjoyed it. The were 3 pools available to us, access came free with the apartment! Near to train system which was very handy. There was 5 of us but it could have slept 8 if needed. The apartment has every thing washing machine, cooker, microwave, Tv, 2 bathrooms. The only minor problem was that there is only air conditioning in the master bedroom but not in the rest of the apartment and the kitchen is small but it didnt bother us we still want to go back next year but for longer!"

| "Apartment was very spacious with the kitchen as the only exception, as it was narrow. Had a serving hatch tho onto the balcony, which turned out very handy!
The balcony itself was huge, L shaped with a view of the pool and gardens from one side, and a view down onto Calle casablanca from the other. very pleasant!
Pool was free for us to use.
Cockroaches were a bit of a problem!!!!
I suspect that this apartment will be sold soon, as there are For Sale signs displayed from the windows!"

| "This apartment was spacious and well appointed. It was ideally located if you are looking for property in the vicinity of the gay venues as it is directly opposite. The decor was a little tired but other than that no complaints. Be careful you check prior to booking whether you will be expected to pay extra for the use of the swimming pool."

| "the apartment met all our needs it was close 2 all the shops and bars, beach and had a pool. the apartment it self was bigger than expected and as there was 7 of us (adults) we needed it. the kitchen was very small but didnt bother us as we ate out mostly. having 2 bathrooms was a big bonus the bedrooms were fine with plenty of storeage it had a good size living room with all u could need t.v. d.v.d. and c.d player and a nice big balcony. overall we had a great time and are planning to go back next year."
