Hi Susan,
Yes I wanted to share some feedback on your property! We had a fabulous time at your house visiting the theme parks. We were pleasantly surprised with the layout of the house... I would propose that you include in your description 2 MASTER BEDROOMS on opposite sides of the house both with private bathrooms plus 2 more bedrooms with two double beds each sleeping a total of 10 people with pull out sofa. I was not sure from the description that their was another MASTER BEDROOM. This really is perfect for in-laws joining a family vacation or for two families to share. In the end our in laws did join us on vacation but I thought they would have to share a bathroom with the kids. We were all thrilled that they had a private room and private bathroom on OPPOSITE sides of the house - for privacy.
The air conditioner did go out during our stay... and of course this only happens on the HOTTEST of days.. but I called the agency and they did have someone come out to fix the aircon in approx 1 - 2 hours. I was not overly concerned about this.- it happens and it was corrected. Of course we did plan to eat in that evening but quickly changed our plans to eat out as it was HOT. .
We had a blast.. and I will share your house details and keep them for me. We are considering going back next year October or the following year.

"Our family are no strangers to this area. We always look for great value when picking a home to rent.When we all get together we need at least 6 bedrooms and 5 baths. This time it was just us and we feel we found a perfect fit for our use. Absolutely no problems, no hazzzles, nothing a miss has been brought to this little get away. Simply bliss.

"We had a great holiday
The kitchen was nicely set up with pans, baking sheets and utensils. By the end of the holiday it was home only the pool was heated.
We shopped a lot at the malls and went to the flea markets. Have you ever gone to the Auburndale Flea Market, it is really good with lots of good and reasonable price fruit and vegies and lot of other things too.
It was a nice neighborhood and was easy to find.
Thanks for letting us rent your house.
I would definitely recommend your house to our friends and family and we would definitely stay in it again"

"The house was a little dirty when we checked in, but other than that, we had no complaints other than that the electrical outlets in the bathroom in the master room with the full bed did not work. Other than that, everything was great."

The sockets have been fixed. Unfortunately, previous guests have spilled sun cream and drinks on the carpets and this has removed or altered the colour of the carpets in a couple of places, but it is not dirt.The carpets have been cleaned.
These are the comments sent to me by Cheryl.
We called about the electrical outlets once, and the management company said to push the reset buttons on the outlets, and we tried that, but it didnt work. We just got too busy to call again, but I am sure the management company would have responded quickly if we had called again. Also, the house really wasnt that dirty, it was just the bathtubs looked a little dirty and the carpets did not look completely clean. There were several stains in one of the master bedrooms and the living room carpets.
But we did enjoy youur house very much. It is defintely a place to keep in mind the next time we go to Florida.
We really enjoyed the house and pool. Your house made it very easy to visit my family in Florida.

| "Thank you for having us from December 20th. to January 3rd., 2008. Our family had a great time! My 13 year old daughter, whi is wheelchair bound had no problems whatsoever to get around the house. It is in a very quiet and safe neighbourhood. This is the first time we rented a vacation house and we would certaily like to come back and would definitely recommed it to friends and families.

"Unfortunately, all good things must come to an end. To add insult to injury,we had to come home to freezing weather and snow. That's life in Quebec... As to our stay in Florida, everything worked out all right, the place was clean and well kept.All in all a good vacation and a nice stay in your house.

"Fairly comfortable and very quite, convenient to parks and attractions, the pool was a plus, however the furnishings and carpets were a bit worn and outdated. Did not seem to have been well cleaned prior to our arrival, however, once we scrubed the tubs and bathroom floors it was almost like being at home. We enjoyed the privacy. Overall we enjoyed our stay."

I have contacted my management company about the comments made by this guest.They made no complaint or comment during their stay so any problems were not apparent to the management. We take pride and care that our home is always clean for the arrival of guests and have never had a complaint on cleanliness.

| "My family of 6 just spent 5 days at this property from 3/31-4/5/2007. The house was roomier than i expected. The kids LOVED going in the pool whenever they wanted. The distance from Disney was fine, smooth ride back and forth. Very comfortable house made for a great vacation."

We enjoyed your villa this past week. The weather was great and our grandson, Zachary had a great time. The dance company did an excellent job in their dance and was enjoyed by all. I thank you so much for allowing us to rent your villa and will tell all of my friends. Several of the parents asked me where we were staying and how far it is from Disney. They are interested in a villa for further trips to Disney.

"We really enjoyed our Florida holiday and the villa made it extra special.
It was close to all the theme parks and various shops and restaurants. The
estate was very peaceful and the villa private. We would definately
recommend
staying in this lovely home, it has everything you could ask for.
We had a great time in Florida this past May.
I am more than happy to give you a good reference.
Your house was very clean, and we found it to suit our
needs perfectly for the week. After a busy day, it was great to
come home to a quiet neighborhood. Much to our delight, our
kids even opted to stay "home" a day to enjoy the pool! Having 3 bathrooms
was a big bonus also, and we easily could bring grandma and grandpa
next time with the extra master bedroom.
IF we were to come down again, we would definately want to stay
with you.
Our stay at the Dyson home made our Disney World vacation very enjoyable. It was lovely to come back to a clean, quiet home after busy days at the parks. The location was away from the busy areas closest to Disney, yet we were able to drive to the parks within 20 minutes. With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a large living area, there was plenty of room for my parents, my sister, my two kids and I to relax. The kitchen and laundry facilities were very useful and convenient. My kids’ favorite part was having their own private pool. They were even ready to leave the parks when the adults were tired, knowing they would be able to swim when we got back to the vacation house. We would definitely recommend the Dyson vacation home to anyone traveling to the Orlando area. The rental process was very easy and we had no troubles during our stay."
