| "We were so pleased with our stay at this villa! The house was exactly as described and depicted in the photos. It was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The location was great - close to groceries, Disney and the highway to everywhere else. We definitely would recommend it to friends!"

| "We were so impressed with our stay at La Belle in 2006, that we immediatedly rebooked it for 2007 after we returned home from our vacation! The home was very clean and spacious, and had everything we needed (including a playpen, highchair and stroller for our baby girl). We felt like we were living in luxury with our own private heated pool (and enormous master bathroom!). The kids enjoyed the neighbourhood park just steps away from our front door. We loved the fact that we were minutes from Disney and Kissimmee, but were living in a quiet suburb away from all the action. We would highly recommend La Belle to anyone and everyone!"

| "" We thought this was a superb villa in a great location for all the Disney theme parks: it was exceptionally clean and tidy with a fully fitted kitchen and superb large master bed room and en suite: the kids just loved all the soft toys in the designated Disney room.
We have stayed in villas before but never come across a three bed roomed home which was so spacious or one with such a large pool and pool deck--it was a full swimming pool and unlike the small pools we had experienced before which were no more than splash pools::the seating area was immense with lovely and ample furniture: the floodlit spa just set it off beautifully.
As the villa is close to Disney we actually went off in the morning: came back at lunch time to enjoy the pool and then went back to enjoy the fireworks etc at Disney. Superb villa and highly recommended

| "Firstly, thanks for renting us the home.
It was clean, spacious, and had every convenience we could think of needing.
We all had a wonderful time in Florida, and being able to return to the house after a long day at Disney was a wonderful way to relax.
The kids loved the pool and the hot tub!
We definitely plan on returning, and will have already started recommending the home to friends and family.

| "this was a superb villa with everything and more.
the space was just incredible and the master bathroom with its twin units and jacuzzi tub plus walk in shower was bliss.
The pool outside was enormous and about twice the size of all the others we have seen whilst being on vacation and the fllodlit spa was exceptional.
We were unaware that Indian Ridge Oaks was so near to Disney etc but was so peaceful and quiet:the wooded parks and tennis courts were ideal as they were only about a minute from our front door.
so we highly recommend LA BELLE:Indian Ridge Oaksand we would scertainly recommend it to others: FIVE STARS!!"

"highly recommend La Belle --a beautiful 3 bed /2 bath pool villa. Indian Ridge Oaks is really 3 miles from Disney but away from traffic just like the other guests said. I was going to stay in a resort, but then I found this great villa in a wonderful location and changed my mind. It was the best decision I have made as Indian Ridge Oks was brilliantly located--ideal for the children as well as there was a superb park for them to play in

"Our family stayed at La Belle on the superb Indian Ridge Oaks-- three large bedrooms and two impressive bathrooms and were amazed at how spacious it was. We stayed for two weeks and thought Indian Ridge Oaks was the perfect location being so close to Disney. Thank you for all the little details. We will recommend you to your friends and family. If you are looking for a place close to Disney, Universal, etc but yet away from the hustle and heavy traffic, this is the place. indian Ridge Okas is superb and everything I read about it was true. La Belle is lovely, especially the master bed room and pool. If you have children the park is right across the street and very little traffic in the area. When you are in the home, you will not believe you are just a few minutes from Disney. Loved the area and the peace and quiet after a hectic day at the Disney parks. I felt totally safe in Indian Ridge Oaks and will NEVER stay in hotel again . The owner's manual in La Belle was well presented and factual and gave some great tips and ideas for food, shopping and we were even told of a quicker routeto Disney which took lots of time off our normal journey and was less stressful: My La Belle is my new home from home and I would recomend this villa and Indian Ridge Oaks to anyone. I'll be back !!

"La Belle on Indian Ridge Okas is truly magical! Exceptionally clean and inviting. Each bedroom is very private with great beds and the Disney room was fantastic--the kids just loved it! Sid and Angela really reached out to make our vacation run smoothly. They facilitated an easy entry to Disney, Epcot and Busch Gardens and all travel instructions and tl hints were easy to follow and much appreciated. The pool was very clean and refreshing. We were blessed with incredible weather, always a light breeze and sunny each day! The villa's location in Indian Ridge Oaks was s very good - easy to get to stores, attractions and restaurants. Indeed Indian Ridge Oaks is a very quiet area and a fine neighborhood. The garden tub is very relaxing and large. and we just loved the size of the pool and its total privacy: its all day sun was supplemented by beautiful flowering shrubs. All in all we can really recommend this gorgeous, clean villa for your vacation in the Orlando area. Sid and Angela have provided a superb home in all aspects and their attention to detail thorughout the booking process and whislt we were in their wonderful home was excellent. We are definitely coming back to La Belle and will tell all our friends/family/associates about the whole development of Indian Ridge Oaks

thank you for letting us saty in yout home:it was just great and ,as you said, so close to Disney--thank you for giving us the short cut routes it certainly helped us a lot.
We were amazed how close you were yet we had the sense of being in the deep county especially at night:we enjoyed many an evening just sittiong on the beautiful deck or in the spa sipping wince and sta gazing and planning the next day.
the redecorations you have done are brilliant and the master bed room and ensuite were terrific--the kids just loved teh Disney room and did not want to leave all teh beautiful soft toys.
Once again--thank you for giving us the chane to use your home--we will be back again for certain"

"This was just sensational--a beautiful and spacious villa which looks small from the outside but it just opens up as you enter--- by far the biggest 3 bed roomed villa we have stayed in and we know of 5 bed roomed villas with less space.
And the pool-- well most are just mionor holes in the ground: the pool is is massive and witha great deck area and totally private:not overlooked at all.
This home is clearly loved by the owners--- the redecorated rooms, the quality furnishings says it all--AND FOR ONLY $120 PER NIGHT--what a bargain!!!"

| "we expected a normal 3 bed villa BUT this was amazing-- it was alt least 50 per cent bigger than all we have stopped in and bigger than some 4 and 5 bed roomed villas-- the pool was large and one could actually swim in it!! and i mean SWIM!
The floodlit spa was wonderful as we looked on a noght at teh floodlit pool.
the villa had been completely redecorated and was amazing value--we are already planning to revisit.
and as for THEME PARKS-- we closed our car door and drove leisurely to DISNEY-- we walked through the main gates at Disney-- time taken just 15 minutes-- SO DOOR TO DOOR 15 MINUTES!!!
the best villa we have stayed at and we have stayed at many.
well done for such an excellent place-- little wonder you only have a few weks left to book

Your villa was the best we have stayed in and so close to Disney-- we could almost feel the magic .

| "We were visiting ORLANDO for an exhibition event at the Convention Center and decided on a villa instead of over crowded and poor quality motels and hotels-- WE DISCOVERED LA BELLE-- a gem of a villa-- for the first time ever we did not want the exhibition to close such was our desire to remain in this stupendous villa-- ABSOLUTELY GREAT!! | "this was a superb villa in excellent condition with fittings and fitments to die for. it is in a beautiful area and so accessible to EVERYTHING and EVERYWHERE.
We have already recommended it to severla friends.
The owners were brilliant and could not have been more helpful and thoughtful.
We simply ask ourselves --WHY WERE OTHER VILLAS WE HAVE STAYED AT NOT HALF AS GOOD AS THIS ONE."
