| "Excellent spacious villa in pleasant location. Having no property directly behind the villa made the pool area more private and enjoyable. Deck area, pool and spa were excellent and captured the sun for most of the day - great for lazy days if you need a break from the theme parks. Disney parks and larger retail shopping facilities were within easy reach (approx 10mins by car). Universal Studios, Sea World etc were further out, but we didnt mind the drive, fairly easy route along the I4, Games room was well equipped and a welcome addition. Will definitely return to this villa for future vacation."

| "house was great, only problems were the internet was unavailable, and major concern was on wed two maintenence men unlocked the door and walked right in without any knock or notice and with all of my families belongings there i thought that to be not only unlawfull but concerning, not to mention the men were very rude and unprofessional. i would also like to point out that i believe this to be the property managment and not the home owner."

| "The property was very good value for money. It was an excellent size and more than comfortably catered for our party of 10 (6 adults & 4 children). The children especially loved the pool. The whole party thought the villa was ideally situated, for all the attractions, and transport links to and from were excellent. The description of the property was extremely accurate, and the photos spot on. Any faults reported were looked into and rectified in a speedy manner, although some aspects of the property were starting to show there age, and some wear and tear on some of the fixtures and fittings was noted. However, we would certainly recommend the property friends."

'Spent a glorious 2 weeks at Forest View; very well appointed property, with everything you need for a relaxing base for "doing Disney".
One of the best pool/deck areas in the vicinity, not overlooked, sun all day from mid-morning 'til glorious sunsets in the evening and large enough for our family of 10 to all sunbathe together.
Poolside washroom/toilet was a boon, it saved wet feet traipsing into the house. 2 large lounge TV areas, another lounge/dining area, breakfast bar and dining table - plenty of room for everyone!
The full size pool table was put to good use in the evenings. Would love to return in the near future...'"

'Thanks for the welcome home, though would rather be back in Florida! The villa was fantastic and by far exceeded our expectations; it is close enough to everything without being in the main bustle.
Wonderfully appointed and tastefully decorated, it offers everything you could possibly want "home from home". The TV system was amazing, the biggest I have ever seen I think. The bedrooms were very spacious and it was great that the majority had their own bathroom.
We loved the private pool and spent many happy hours in there with the kids. All in all, the time we spent there was fabulous, we would definately use it again and would highly recommend it to our friends and family; infact anyone that enjoys a little luxury in life - you couldn't do better!'"

| "Allen Family August 06 The villa was fantastic!!! It was exceptionally clean, spacious and modern. It wasn't too far from the main attractions. I would definately be interested in booking another villa in Legacy Park if we do decide to return next year.'"
