We had a great time staying at the property it was our second time back there. Excellent location with restuarants, supermarkets and great beaches within walking distance of the property. Both Marbella and Puerta Banus are a very short drive away. We enjoyed it so much weve booked it again!
One little thing to note, if you did not fancy leaving the penthouse for the day it is a shame that on the fab terrace there are only two sun loungers, when there are more than two staying there it is a real shame that there is not one for everyone."

| "This appartment far exceeded our expectations-most definatly a Luxury accomodation with everything we could possibly need for a self-catering holiday. Very clean and well maintained apartment and gardens/pool area, and liked the gated enterence for security. Good location (although a little difficult to find from the directions given by the rental company) with only five mins walk to beach, resturants and main shops so car not really needed. Could not find fault with anything, although ceiling in master bathroom needs minor attention."

"Good quality property located in quiet residential area half way between Marbella and Puerto Banus (not within walking distance of either). Beach, supermarket and fuel station handy close by. Balcony and roof terrace had lovely sea views and we had sun on them all day. Bedrooms and wardrobe space very good. ADSL wireless router very useful once we found it (with the owner's help).
We found some things needed addressing at the property
- hot water kept cutting out at annoyingly regular intervals and needed re-setting before shower could be continued (3 times during one shower)
- not enough glasses (we had to buy some - very well equipped kitchen otherwise)
- mould on the ceiling above the shower in the master suite
- shower door was loose

| "The location and accomodation are excellent. The beach is on walking distance (3 minutes). Marbella (old) Town as well (15 minutes). So you can either relax and shop on a short distance of the appartment. However, you can get your sun also on the (huge) balconies and enjoy the view from the balcony.
The rooms and bathrooms are all fine and exceeded my expectations. All equipment in the kitchen work. Connecting with the wireless Internet was no problem at all.
I recommend this appartment to everybody and looking forward to stay again in this appartment.

| "We enjoyed staying at this penthouse. Nicely decorated and very pleasant to spend your vacation. The location is perfect and cental. You have a supermarket on walking distance as well as a very good Thai restaurant, Club Loft, Gas station, Take away Pizza, etc. The penthouse is equipped with all the things you need, to feel at home. There is also wireless internet connection, so bring your laptop with you!!! The garden and swimmingpool are lovely. What can we say more.... We wished we could have stayed longer."

| "Absolutely fantastic penthouse between Marbella and Puerto Banus; ideal place to stay when visiting this area. I did extensive internet research and made a great decision in picking this place. The place is very nicely furnished and equipped. For those who like to have access to the internet like me, the unit has a wireless/wired DSL (called ADSL in Spain) service, so all you have to bring is your laptop and a wireless card. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone planning a vacation in the Marbella/PB area. By the way, the Super Sol grocery store is at the end of the garden complex and is very convenient as is the BP gas station across from it."

| "A fantastic appartment in a great location between marbella and peurto banus.The appartment itself furnished and equipped to a very high standard. The swimming pool which is set in beautiful landscaped gardens was superb.
There is a siupermarket and garage within 100 yards and the beach is only a little further.The complex is also situated right next to bus routes which only take minutes to get into either marbella or banus, taxis are also plentiful and only cost approx 8 euros.
I would not hesitate to recommend this appartment."

| "Excellent location and excellent apartment. Would love to keep this place a secret but think that would be unfair on the owner!!!.
Only 20 mins from Marbella twon, 5 mins from the beach. Supermarket and petrol station on your doorstep. Fantastic views from the top floor and the apartment had all the mod cons you could think off. Plenty of local bars and restaurants. Hopefully we will be going back, if it is not fully booked..."
