| "Overall, it was a pleasent few days, future renters should take note that the BBQ is gas, which is not mentioned & there is no bottle & the ladies were disapointed that there is no hairdryer, again this is not mentioned, so clients should be told to take their own. The villa is in a quiet spot on the edge of the village, but this can be spoilt as it is directly behind another villa (so peace & quiet will depend on good neighbours!). Ivan next door is a very nice man & kept us in plentyfull supply of fruit & veg!!!"

| "beautifull villa, excellent setting, though entry gates a bit narrow if you have hired a mini bus as we did..!
Overall very clean and pool was fantastic, The old guy Ivan next door was a real joy as he tends the garden etc. Would definately recomend"

| "The property was just right , clean and comfortable. All amenities are there and a great pool.
The management though didnt have our welcome pack and didnt answer emails for our refund.
This has no reflection on the owner or the villa itself, We had a great holiday and would return for another.

| "A great villa, had everything we needed for a perfect, relaxing holiday. I loved the area as it was really unspoilt, I especially liked the beach at Kamchia, what a gem.
Varna is close by for all the essentials, supermarkets, shops, restaurants etc. If you want a holiday away from it all then this villa is for you!"

| "The villa is lovely. It was clean, had good facilities and the pool and views were lovely. However, we found the property to be a little isolated and there is very little to do in Priseltsi itself so I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for bars and restuarants nearby. That said, we all really enjoyed our holiday and would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday. The neighbour, Ivan, who looks after the gardens, was very friendly and the company who look after the villa locally were also extremely helpful."

| "We had a really lovely time staying at this villa. The location was wonderful and everyone we met in the village were really friendly and helpful, especially Ivan the next door neighbour, who we had some wonderful conversations with. The village has enough grocery shops and restaurants to cover all your basic needs but if you needed something more the drive to Varna was very easy, though I wouldn't say the same about Bulgarian drivers who all think they are the next Lewis Hamilton !!!!! Finding the tourist attractions would be quite simple if they signposted the roads but I am sure this will come about eventually. We would all definitely stay at this property again and I would recommend it for a really relaxing and peaceful break."

| "We had a great holiday in this lovely villa, despite having no phone there is one in the village. It is very easy to drive into Varna and all along the coast. Ivan next door was very friendly and the management company very helpful they gave us a contact number but it wasn't needed as everything went smoothly. all instructions for the appliances are in a drawer in the kitchen."

| "The villa is very clean and well-equipped and has beautiful views over the countryside. The website description of the villa was mostly accurate, except for two minor points - there was no phone to receive incoming calls and the TV could only be used to play DVDs. For the benefit of future guests, it would be useful to have an information booklet kept in the villa. This could include instructions on the use of the electrical appliances, contact details for the management agency, recommendations and directions for local shops, restaurants, pharmacy, doctors etc. We bought a map but still had some difficulty finding our way around because of poor road signage. A basic welcome pack (fresh milk, bread, butter, bottled water for example) would be very useful for travellers arriving late at night. Would also suggest that the website stresses the need for car hire while staying at this location.

| "A lovely villa, in a quiet location near to Varna. We stayed with friends and had a wonderful time. Whilst Bulgaria is still a slightly backward country for the EU, this villa provided all you would expect of a quality self catering rental and we all had a pleasant holiday.
It is the ideal base for visiting the Black Sea Coast and local tourism areas and for those wanting to truely peaceful get away it is a fabulous location!"
