| "Amazing villa and a wonderful welcome pack with something suitable for us all. We all felt at home as soon as we walked in. Very spacious for three generations to spend a brilliant week Couldnt have been in a more pleasant area and so convenient from the airport by car. Great places to visit in and around Tavira especially the square at night. We found it quite a walk down in the evening but so easy to get a taxi back at night. Hope to come again. Many thanks."

| "This was our second time staying at this property and we will definitely go back again. It has everything you could need to have an enjoyable, relaxing holiday, whether with family or friends. I would certainly recommend it. We did not need any assistance from the agents, except to collect the key, but they were friendly and helpful. Already planning a return visit!!!"

| "Just returned from a very relaxing week in Tavira. We were very lucky to stumble across this property. Excellent value for money considering the fixtures and fittings and the generous welcome pack. The Agent was always available and the one time that we called him he was with us in 20 minutes. Would love to go back sometime!"

"We had a fabulous week here this year, the villa is beautiful and the area is really lovely. We did not hire a car, as we had heard taxis were cheap, however they are extremely difficult to get, which we hadnt anticipated! We fully intend going back next year, but will definitely hire a car this time!

| "The Villa was very well equiped and the stock of food and wine were great! Accommodation was a good standard and the pool and grounds around the villa were ideal.
We found it took us @ 20/25 mins to walk into Tavira with the children but it is definately worth the walk or short taxi ride.
Only suggestion is that it would be worth getting a some kind of parasol on the terrace as it was nice sitting out but would have been good to have some shade.
Ideal base for the Algarve and we drove to Seville for the day which was about 90 mins away and was lovely.

"We had a great time and thought the food cupboard an excellent idea. Also managed to drink the wine!!House was well appointed however the top bedroom while being tastefully furnished had no hanging space at all or even a chair to dump clothes. Fine for children but not ideal for adults. Kitchen was great and everyone appreciated the three bathrooms particularly as bedrooms were one to a floor. Situation was great and we would have used the garden area more if weather had been better. The walk to Tevira was geat but only our power walker managed it in 15 minutes!!
Pat the agent was lovely and very helpful. We had a lot of rain while we were there and there were signs of damp in two corners of the living area and one in the top bedroom in the far corner. We told Pat about it. Think its a great house and would certainly recommend it to others"

"The property and its grounds are wonderful especially the pool and personal touches the owner puts into the villa, like the fridge and cupboards are full with food and drink for when we arrived. The only down side to the property is the walking distance to Tavira town all the way down the dual carraigeway. There is a short cut down a track facing the entrance of the complex but this is definitly not suitable for buggies or people with walking difficulties.The Taxis were very reasonable and prompt and the operator was fluent English. Patrica who looks after your every need has the number to this taxi firm. Dont forget to visit the beach its brill just ask the taxi to take you to Quatro Aquas which is were you get the Ferry for about 5 minutes it costs €1.30 return. Thanks alot for a super holiday.

Thanks for the good review Damien and I'm glad you enjoyed the holiday. Yes it is a 10/15 minute walk into town but that's expected if you are on top of a hill with the best views in all of Tavira. The main road (2 lanes and not a duel carrigeway)can be busy and the small short cut is the way in and not down the main road. Buggies would find that way a bit bumpy but with a taxi priced at €3.85 into town its worth the money not to have to sleep beside the noisey town center. Peace comes at a small price! | "Just returned after 10 wonderful relaxing days.Could have easily stayed for two weeks or more.House exceeded our expectations and was home from home and an ideal base.The only problem we found was lack of shade round the pool area and people who had villas backing onto pool would place towels or. chairs in shade and disappear for lunch/siesta for several hours so no one else could sit there,other than that wonderful.Would like to say thanks to ron and patricia who keep the villa so beautifully clean and stocked.Will hopefully be returning soon.Thankyou again"

| "I would definitely recommend this property as a fantastic base for any holiday in the Algarve. It had everything that we were looking for and more. the pictures on the website do not do it justice, in reality it is much nicer. The location could not be better as you are in a quite area for peaceful nights yet a short stroll into town.
I have already booked a return trip next September."
