| "Holiday date 21st May - 29th May 2008, 4 adults and 4 children. The property was in a lovely location and very nicely kept. Rooms were ample sized for 8 of us, and everything was spotless. The kitchen supplied plentiful crockery, cutlery and utensils.
Directions from the airport were very good and heading back just follow signs for aero puerto once you hit Alicante. The location was lovely but a car is definately needed to go out and about. The local village has 2 good supermarkets and lots of restaurants to eat at. I recomment the WOK which is chinese all you can eat buffett for 10 euros and 5 for children. Food is cooked in front of you so it doesn't get any fresher than that.
Pool was a great size, well tended and enough sun loungers for everyone.
Met the Villa owner Richard who helped us with directions and recommendations for eating and site seeing which we were most grateful for.
Moraira is just 10 minutes left of the villa and Calpe about 15 right of the villa. Both nice little towns with markets. (Detials of which are left in a folder in the villa) Took a trip to Benidorm shopping and also took the children to Aqualandia which is 25 Euros for Adults and 20 for children if I remember rightly but a really good fun day out. Try and pick up brochures at the tolls as you can get discount vouchers which we did.
Good range of channels on the televisions so a few chilled out evening were had by all and few bottles of sangria.
Lovely property would recommend to all of my family and friends. Yes there are a few steps which would probably only hinder wheel chair users.
Will definitely be returning, just need to agree a date.

i was slightly concerned beofre going because a couple of reviews stated there were quite a lot of stairs
- UTTER NONSENSE - NO steps to the lower level at all and about 10 steps to the upper level what did these other people expect.

"We have just returned from Casa de Llaran and I wanted to say how
pleased we were with the villa and its facilities. We had a really
enjoyable week.
I found your directions to the villa very easy to follow, but having
failed to notice the junction number when we left the airport it was not
clear where to leave the motorway on the return journey. We finished up
on the seafront in Alicante and had some trouble finding the airport.
My only suggestion would be for you to include a note about this to help
future renters.
We have already passed the details on to friends who may be interested
in coming next year. Thank you once again.

directions from the airport was SPOT ON, thank you. We called Simone?
to report a fault with the bathroom sink (a small leak) and she sent two
men around the same day to fix it, which was brilliant !!

| "we thought the property was lovely. The only down side was the depth of the steps outside and that some of them did not have a rail on one side, this made it tricky for young children. Also the ground covering of white stone was very sharp on the feet. To get from one area to another you had to where footwear at all times.
These are only minor and did not make our hiliday any less enjoyable."

| "We took both upstairs villa where our 3 teenage were located and we (parents) had the downstairs apartment to ourselves which was ideal.
April was extremely good value and villa had everything you could need. Clean and well maintained.
Pool was good size but in April with no pool heating the water was too cold for a long swim.
Car is essential and surrounding coast and mountains were outstanding - plenty of restaurants if you wanted to eat out.
Nicola was very efficient and local cleaner/maintainence man (Pablo) came to make sure we were ok and left local telephone number if we needed anything - a nice touch
Would we go back - yes and we would recommend to friends and family. If you book you will enjoy.
