| "We were very satisfied with the villa. but there are two things to talk about.
When we started to make business, Jeremy Cohen talked to me about a price, that it wasn`t the same when I finally paid for it, even when I asked him for the total price in every e-mail.
The other thing, was the air conditioned, because it didn`t work fine, there was some days when the heat inside the house was very hot.

"Everything was good however there was not enough serving dishes to serve the amount of people the house holds we had to go and buy serving dishes... and the motor on the pool pump went out on sat morning and wasnt fixed until tues which made the pool get very cloudy the pool person was suppose to come on monday and clean pool however he came and never cleaned pool and came back on tues to fix the pump other than that the house was great.."

Thank you for your feedback. We have now ordered additional serving dishes to ensure large parties are accomodated for. The issue with the pool has now been rectified. It was unfortunate that the pump broke whilst you were there as nothing like this has happened since the villa was built in 2007.

| "We really enjoyed our stay at your lovely villa. Our party of 4 adults and 1 child found the villa very spacious and thought it was great value for money. The bedrooms were nicely furnished and very comfortable as were the bathrooms. The lounge and dining areas had everything we needed. The kitchen, although small, was well equipped. The heated pool and spa were wonderful especially at the end of a long day at the parks. Ideal location - quiet but in easy reach of Disney Parks. It took us 15 mins door to door for Animal Kingdom - used Florence Villa Grove, Westside, US192 then off at Black Lake Road, onto Sherberth Road - great for missing all the traffic along the 192. Thanks again Jeremy for allowing us the use of your lovely home."

| "This is a great property for the rental dollar. It is nicely decorated and very homey. We certainly enjoyed the pool and hot tub. There was lots of room for the six adults and one baby with us and certainly can accomodate 10 people confortably. We are looking forward to renting this lovely home again. Location is good and is close to the Walmart and highways to Orlando.

| "I loved this home. It was conveinent and comfortable. It was clean and comfortable. We were a group of 9 that was really vacationing together for the first time and this home was a great idea, there was enough room for all personalities. Jeremy was great and he was patient with me when I contacted him. I will definitely recommend this home and I will rent it again.

| "We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. It was very clean, very comfortable, and very convenient to Disney and dozens of restaurants. It was so nice to have our own pool and hot tub! (Make sure you ask to have it heated when you stay during the cooler weather). We would definitely stay there again. One item of note...the description says king size beds in the upstairs and downstairs master bedrooms, however they appeared to be queen size."

| "This villa is absolutely superb in every respect and I would highly recommend to anyone for the ‘traditional’ Orlando family holiday.
Its quiet location on US27 just south west of Orlando is ideal not only for the nearby Disney resorts but for easy access to the I4 highway, both east to the Universal parks and west to Tampa and Busch Gardens. Both Walmart and Publix supermarkets are minutes away, together with a variety of restaurants.
The villa itself was spotless, extremely spacious, well equipped and very comfortably furnished. Staff at the nearby clubhouse were also very helpful for any queries.
This accommodation played a big part in our enjoyment of a truly great holiday, and my only regret was our relentless schedule to visit all the attractions left very little time to relax at the villa or enjoy the pool.

| "The villa is exactly like the pictures show. In great condition. The pool and spa are wonderful. The pool heating option is a must. Its great to have a nice worm pool on those cool mornings. The villa is in quite area. The disney attractions are 15-20 minutes away depending on traffic. There is a Publix and other eating places 1 mile away. There are several Villa owners who have unsecured WiFi service and you can pick up there signal from the pool. No need to go to the club house to get internet service. There is only one draw back to the property. It only has 1 TV. Otherwise, it is a good property. Rent with confidence."

| "Very nice property with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. 5 of us stayed here with no space problem at all. Kitchen is large enough for holiday purposes. Bedroom are all clean and well maintained.They are very attractively furnished and there was plenty of space for clothing bags and cases.
Lovely pool and jacuzzi area. The kids loved the pool and the spa, and it was great to be able to chill out and enjoy a glass of wine and a good book whilst being able to keep a close eye on them.We found that the pool heating was essential for us, and enabled us to enjoy the pool from v early am until late at night. Pool lighting is great
There are tennis courts on site as well as a small gym in the cluhouse,
Travelling to all the attractions was no problem and generally took no more than 20-30
mins.
Supermarkets such as PUBLIX and Walmart are really close by.
WIFI connection in clubhouse so don't forget your WIFI enabled laptop
We would definitely stay here again!"

| "What a fantastic vacation we had! The location of your home to all of the parks and golf courses made it even better. We were able to golf in the morning, clean up and be at the parks by 2:00 PM.
Your home is spotless, as well as very spacious and comfortable. The boys loved the game room and having their own pool. You can count on us to look you up again next year!!"
