| "This is the second time we have stayed at this propoerty and would certainly be going back next year but it is fully booked for August.
Without doubt this is the best villa we have ever stayed in for both location and facilities.Would recommend to anyone"

| "This villa is fantastic, exactly as described on the website. Extremely spacious villa with everything needed for a wonderful holiday. Quiet, gated community. The pool area is lovely with an extended deck area so plenty of room for sitting outside. It took us on average 20 minutes to the Disney parks and the route is straightforward. There is a shopping area across the road and a large Walmart close by. Close to the US192 for huge variety of restaurants. Having such a lovely villa really made our holiday and we are hoping to return next year. Would definitely recommend."

| "Everything was perfect. The villa was spacious and very well equipped. Everything you required was in the villa. The location was very good, only about 15 minutes to Disney. The pool was excellent with a lovely large patio area for relaxing. We would certainly book this villa again and recommend it. I would give this 10/10."

| "Just returned after a two week winter break.
Without doubt the best villa we have ever stayed in.
Very spacious and excellant facilities location perfect.
Looking forward to our return visit with the family for three weeks July / August.

| "Probably the best plot on Tuscan Hills.A well looked after home with a great pool and games room.It was nice to arrive at a villa and find that there was nothing wrong with it.We had eight of us staying.A few more pans would have been good but apart from that everything was fine.
The agents were very helpful and told us the back way to the parks which saved loads of time.
Recommend you try the Publix supermarket (left out of the development) rather than Walmart."

| "Our sixth visit to Florida. 1st time at Tuscan Hills. Will certainly try to book this villa again. The standard & facilities were superior to any other villa weve stayed in before (best games room ever). The villa owners provided excellent directions to the Disney area theme parks using a recently completed link road avoiding the busy Highway 27 & I-4 - we were at the parks in no time at all (Thank you). The kids cant wait to go back again. Now making plans for our next trip.

"The property itself was lovely, games room was great, especially the air-hockey table, although we were very rarely in the property, other than to sleep in it. The clubhouse was quite disappointing as it closed at 8pm. The distance to the parks were quite far from the main universal attractions (approximately in the range of 40 minutes each way).For this reason only, nothing to do with the house, we wouldnt book a property so far away again. If people didnt mind the distance/driving to the main parks and supermarkets etc then we would recommend this house."

Thankyou for your recent review which you kindly submitted.
We are pleased to know you would recommend our Villa & overall you enjoyed your vacation although disappointed to learn you found the travel time to the Universal Attractions excessive .
Universal Studios is further away than the Disney specific attractions and suggest there may have been reasons outside of our control why your journey was excessive.
In our experience the travel time to Universal is approx 20 - 30 minutes depending on time of day and route taken
However, The disney area attractions Magic Kingdom/ Epcot / Hollywood Studios/Downtown Disney/Typhoon Lagoon / Boardwalks etc are much nearer than Universal Studios and can be reached easily within 15 minutes from our villa.

| "We had the most enjoyable and relaxing holiday, from the moment we arrived the villa was immaculate, with all the comforts of home but without the stress!! The outside pool area was brillant with a spacious sun deck which was not overlooked.
Had many games of pool located in the garage great when the sun gets too hot!!!!!
Cannot wait to go back again ASAP.
Highly recommended for the greater holiday experience."
