| "One of the better apartment complexes in this area - the heated indoor pool is a real winner (although not that warm - and the jacuzzi was freezing!) as the outside pool was far too cold to use at this time of the year. The local deli in the next block is also very handy - although a bit pricey. The apartment was in a good condition - some maintainence issues: electric socket hanging off of the wall, jacuzzi bath not working, sink taps very loose. Modern and clean - ample space for 4 people - as a family of 5 is was a little bit more crowded - definitely wouldnt book it for 6. Being picky the beds very hard so a good nights sleep was a challenge a lot of propertys around here have mattress toppers on the beds to compensate - the owners would be advised to follow suit. Overall it offered good value for money, the owner is very helpful as are the managing agents which is a real asset - I would definitely recommend this apartment to others."

| "I was happy with the appartment but a bit disappointed to be charged for 2 chairs which broke as soon as I sat on them and one which was already broken, I think someone before me may well have done the damage and attempted a temporary repair.

| "The apartment was stunning and the grounds were amazing. The security guards were always more than helpful and really made you feel special. When we arrived the shower was broken but somebody came within hours to fix it and it was not a problem at all. We didnt have a car and the number 27 bus stop that runs between estepona and marbella was an absolute lifesaver. I think the only thing that wasnt amazing about the holiday was that the beach near the apartment was really dissapointing and i would never have gone there and therefore you really need to travel if youwant a beach!
but overall AMAZING HOLIDAY!

We really enjoyed our holiday in this great apartment. The views were wonderful. We were lucky with the weather which was between 22 and 28 (first week in April) and not a drop of rain. We seemed to have the complex very much to ourselves. The indoor pool and hot tub was an added extra.
The apartment is well furnished and equipped. The secure underground parking, shutters and completely walled in grounds made it a very secure location.
It was easy to get onto the A7 and go to many different places. The recently opened Selwo Safari park is worth a visit.
If you want a really excellent meal, The Tikitano, which is within easy walking distance.
We enjoy buying local food and doing our own cooking and we found the apartment well equipped. Al Campo in the huge La Canada complex was the best bet for food shopping although Carrefour in Estepona was good too.
The children loved the freedom they had to play in the grounds. We could easily see them from the balcony.
We enjoyed the jet shower and the jacuzzi bath.
We had a fantastic holiday. Thank you for sharing your lovely apartment with us.

| "A stunning third level apartment with a beautiful balcony and sea views. The owners have obviously put so much time and effort into the comfort of the visitors stay that they have thought of everything (travel adapter, hairdryer...) including a modern and up to date media system. The apartment is situated between San Pedro and Estepona and only a few hundred metres to the beach front. We didn't hire a car, instead we made the most of the reliable and efficient bus service (number 27!) that was very cost effective, and conveniently situated (the bus stop is in front of the apartment). The owner was more than helpful in answering any questions and he was very prompt in replying to my request - great customer service! A truly fantastic holiday that i would suggest to any family or friends of four."
