| "Clean, comfortable, spacious, quiet and accommodation for eight people. Would recommend to anyone. I live in the city, I wanted told quiet and the villa was just what I expected. Everyone was pleased with the villa. Our stay was one week, we could have stayed longer. The view, the community, the local people were all very hospitable. The food, you havent tasted real greek food until you have visited Greece."

| "Fantastic site, lovely property and Xenophons helpfulness all go to make this a great place to get away for a restful break. In October, the weather was lovely, the beach deserted and we couldnt have asked for more. With the shorter days once the clocks have gone back it is important to have home comforts and wi-fi and DVD player were definite assets for our teenaged children!"

| "First we have to mention the owner of the property. He is a honoust and kind man. He has been very helpful to us. His warm attention has given our holiday a extra dimension. It was like we were invited by a friend, like coming home.
We loved the house. It is well equipped, clean and airconditioned. The surroundings are beautiful.
Voor Nederlanders: Als eerste wil ik de eigenaar noemen. Hij is een eerlijke en aardige man. Hij is zeer behulpzaam voor ons geweest. Zijn warme aandacht heeft onze vakantie een extra dimensie gegeven. Het was alsof we door een vriend waren uitgenodigd, alsof we thuis kwamen.
We hielden van het huis. Het was goed ingericht, schoon en heeft airconditioning. De omgeving is prachtig."

Lorsque nous sommes arrives (après quelques heures du retard) nous avons tout d’abord ete tres touches par votre accueil.
En effet, vous nous attendier a l’aeroport bien bien qu’il etait deja nuit !.. Nous avons trouve dans votre jolie villa le calme et le repos dont nous avions tant besoin….
La plage de Schinias est idealement situee,tres belle avec la pinede en bordure de mer.
Nous avons beaucoup apprecie la cuisine Grecque, les cafes frappes sur la plage, le soleil d’Octobre….
Nous ganderons un excellent souvenir de notre sejour dans la reputee « plaine de Marathon »
Merci pour les conseils « pratiques », les bonnes adresses de restaurant et de visite. Votre aide discrete fut tres precieuse.

After nearly a 35 year absence from Athens and Schinias beach, it was very nice to come back. Quite a few changes in Athens, especially the public transport, but luckily not many changes at Schinias.
A very nice house in a wonderful location, with spectacular views especially at night.
The welcome we received from you and your family was greatly appreciated,as were the welcoming gift of fruit and wine and the many personal touches that you took the trouble to provide for us.

As I write this I am looking at the magnificent view from your delightful Villa. We have enjoyed a delightful stay here. We have enjoyed quiet days on the beach and delighted in superb days out in Athens and Mycene. All of this has been enhanced by your kind hospitality and generous help. The helpful advise you gave us, based on your knowledge of your native land its culture and history, has been much appreciated of the two of us. Today we intend to visit Sounion and its vicinity on your recommendation. We are confident it will be like your previous suggestions!
Greece with its mountains, islands and sea is a beautiful country as is England, in a different way. One needs to experience both in full measure. You are welcome to visit us, should you wish to take in the soft green rolling hills, woods and valleys of the English midlands. We wish you well in your enterprise and say not “Goodbuy” (which is “adieu” ) but “au revoir”

Now,when the time of leaving has come, we have to appreciate in written words too,what were the feelings of our stay in your villa for a whole week. We felt as comfortable and pleased as in our homespace due to your kindness and friendhip,even though we met from time to time during our holiday,these feelings were obvious.
So ,we hope that with other occasions, we shall come back and find the same beautiful landscape and warmly flat.
It was a real pleasure for us to enjoy this place,and we wish others to enjoy at maximum the whole holiday as we did.

| "Being in the house has been a pleasure. The hospitality and sympathy,
constant care of details to make the stay more comfortable, were very
appreciated.
It´s a very nice house, overlooking the preserved Marshlands.The
mountains at the end and the fresh silent blue of Marathonas Bay in the
middle.
We had a great family experience here,in our first contact with Greece. We

We have enjoyed our visit. We love your house,it is nice and cool after a hot day outside and it stays cool through the night. It is very calming place after coming from busy Athens. Everything was just super nice. You took care of us and that makes us feel great. We feel like we can come to you with our questions. Beaches and surrounding areas are nice, very safe with kids, no strong waves.
Our kids have loved our vacation and we too!! Thank you for everything, we appreciate everything you have done for us. Hope to come again. Love Greek food!!

We have enjoyed our stay in your lovely villa. However your kindness and thoughtfulness have been above our expectations. We all have felt so welcome and at home in your country because of your gracious welcome and genuine friendliness.
The beauty of the Aegean Sea from our vantage point on the hill is among the best we have encountered. It has truly been a calming and relaxing feature during our stay. We hope to visit again in the near future and explore more of your beautiful country and to revisit you and your family.
