| "This property is much nicer than website displays.
The pool is private and overlooking a canal with a golf course.
The location was quiet, yet only a short drive to
shopping, the beach, or the marina.
The management company made themselves available, which we appreciated, and the home had
everything we needed, including BBQ and fishing rods.

| "Of all the places we have visited in Florida this had to be the most relaxing and peaceful. Everything was close by, great restaurants, beautiful beaches and main roads still within easy reach should you wish to explore. The villa was very clean and well maintained and I would not hesitate to recommend it."

"Thanks so much for renting us your lovely home.
It was a very clean and well decorated home. Management company was very helpful with pool and spa instructions. Very quiet and confortable location for us. Really enjoyed the pool and spa. The lanai furniture was very confortable.
We found the second bedroom mattress was soft and lacked support and the clothes dryer (slow to dry) and dishwasher(noisy) maybe could use updating.

Thank you for your review. There was a problem with the vents to the dryer, whilst this guest was there and that has now been rectified and fixed. The dishwasher is less than 12 months old and was purchased brand new but our Property manager is investigating the "noise" issue although we have had no other comments.
We have ordered a new bed for the second bedroom.

| "We had wonderful relaxing time, pictures dont do this property justice, The lake to the rear is beutiful, and wildlife abounds. everything catered for at Villa including bikes, fishing rods, even chairs to take to beach, Add internet access for checking in for flights on line,
Pine Valley Ct is only about 20 mins from Boca Grande and manasota key beaches which are fabulous, Many places to eat within short distance, However we chose to use the Gas BBQ grill and eat on sun deck, utilising the wonderful quality patio furniture.
Hot Tub and pool also a great bonus.
All in All TOP NOTCH HOLIDAY.

| "This was a beautiful peaceful luxurious retreat in the sun. The villa was absolutley wonderful with a great pool and relaxing jacuzzi looking out onto a creek with visits from numerous kinds of birds and wildlife.
It was lovely and clean and had everything we needed for our relaxing holiday. The beaches were only 10-15 minutes away with shops and restaurants a short drive also.
Thoroughly recommend it to family and friends and would be more than happy to return again in the near future. Many thanks Jill"

| "Do I need to say more? This is a beautiful house, nicely decorated and well looked after. Very comfortable and a nice haven to return to after a day at one of the many beaches. We enjoyed it a lot and will certainly recommend it!"

We have rented several villas over the years, and yours was among the very best.
Everything was great. and we have already recommended it to our friends.
Most enjoyable and advantageous over other properties, is the fact that there are no neighbors overlooking the pool! It is beautiful, peaceful, and totally relaxing.
We had a wonderful time.
My eldest daughter learned how to swim, and the heated pool and Jacuzzi were a constant delight.
I'm sure that comes as no surprise to you.

| "A very good sized villa, set in a peaceful and nature setting. Easy to travel to other areas in the gulf. Golf is right on the doorstep as well as relaxation sitting by the pool watching the birds and the aligators. Excellent time had here."

| "THE MOST PAINLESS TRANSITION EVER. THE KEY WAS IN PLACE, THE PLACE WAS CLEAN, IT IS A BEAUTIFUL HOUSE WITH A GREAT VIEW OF THE WATER. THE POOL WAS PERFECT AND THE HOT TUB WAS HOT. MY COMPLIMENTS TO JILL AND THE SYSTEM SHE HAS SELECTED!!I WILL BE LOOKING FOR THE SAME HOUSE NEXT YEAR!"

| "This villa was wonderful and we cant wait to go back.It had everything you could possibly want for a really enjoyable holiday and the management company were very helpful throughout. We would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to anyone interested. Have stayed in Florida villas several times but this was by far the best one. Thanks"
