| "I WOULD FIRST LIKE TO SAY THAT ANGELA WAS VERY HELPFUL ON OUR ARRIVEL SHE TOOK US SHOPPING AND SHOWED US WHERE TO GO
WE WERE DISSAPOINTED WITH THE FURNISHING WE FELT THAT BEING A LUXURY VILLA, THE FURNITURE AND BED LINEN COULD BE REPLACED,AND THEN THE VILLA COULD UPHOLD ITS LUXURY STATUS,AND MAYBE SOME CHILD SAFETY FEATURES COULD BE ADDED , PERHAPS SOME STAIR GATES AS WITH A VILLA THAT SIZE YOU ARE GOING TO GET YOUNG CHILDREN AND THERE ARE ALOT OF STAIRS .THE VILLA IS ALSO ON A VERY STEEP HILL SO YOU NEED TO BE FIT"

| "We enjoyed our stay at the villa and it was really nice to have so many bathrooms - no fights over who was going first! The description was slightly inaccurate, in that it only had five usable bedrooms. The lower ground floor had two bedrooms (one en-suite), another shower room, a lounge area and a kitchenette so it could have been self contained. The upper ground floor had a kitchen and a lounge-diner and a shower room. This level also housed the pool and patio. Upstairs were three further bedrooms (including the very nice master suite) and a further shower room. This is a spacious villa which comfortably housed our party of nine people but the master bedroom is much nicer than any of the other rooms so if travelling with several couples, you would need to decide who gets that room. Having said that, all the other rooms are perfectly adequate. The resort was busy in August and there is plenty to do. The owners were very accomodating and visited several times to make sure the pool was clean.

| "We really enjoyed our stay - the villa was very spacious and accommodated us all ages ranging from 5 to 64. Everything we needed was there and angela and austin were really helpful. Pool was great to cool down in. Situated in quiet residential area but walking distance 10-15 mins to town, only down side is its quite hilly -but taxis are cheap (5-6 euros)."

| "villa was nice but the toliet was broken and electricity sockets where hanging from the wall.the villa was a good distance from shops and beach and we required taxi for most journeys.There was no hifi as stated and the tv was not working properly. would recommend this villa for quiet holiday makers not sutible for families or elderly."

| "The property was fantastic, it was clean tidy and there was plenty of space and bathrooms for 8 girls! Angela was fantastic and took us to the local supermarket and for a quick tour round so we would know where to go. I would recommend this villa to anyone looking. Thank you!"

| "This is one of the most amazing holidays i have ever had, and it is safe to say that the large group i was with all felt the same. Firstly, Angela and Austin were incredible- they were extremely welcoming and friendly, they were warm and most of all, they were more helpful than i could have ever expected. From showing us the best ways to get to the nicest bars and restaurants to taking us shopping several times, they really did exceed all expectations. Secondly, the villa was absolutely beautiful. Even with a large group there was plenty of space to make sure everyone was comfortable. The pool was lovely, and the area around it great to relax or party! It is situated in a perfect place, not too far from the shops and nightlife, but not too close you can't relax.
If you are thinking of going to this villa, please please do, we had the time of our lives and I'm sure you will too.
Thank you again Angela and Austin, you were wonderful.

| "I was the party leader, i took nine of my friends to Angela and Austin's villa and we had the time of our lives. We really couldn't have asked for much more, Angela and Austin were absolutely unbelievable. The villa was a dream come true, really nice and clean and has lots of space. Its nice and quiet but still situated close to all main attractions and service outlets. Between the villa being totally gorgeous and Angela and Austin being so warm and welcoming and doing everything in there power to make it as easy as possible for you, you really couldn't go wrong when booking this villa. I would strongly recommend it to anyone of any age group to book it for the holiday of a lifetime. Thank you so so much Angela and Austin."

| "The property is really lovely- there is so much space and the whole villa is decorated tastefully and kept very clean. It was great having our own pool and we spent several days at the villa just enjoying the sun and swimming. The villa is only a 15 minutes walk from the town where there are plenty of restaurants, shops, bars and of course the beach. We didn't have a car and found it easy to get around as most things are within walking distance and the taxis, buses and trams are very cheap and regular. Torre del mar is a lovely, traditional Spanish town, which hasn't been spoilt by tourism but still has loads to offer to all ages. The owners of the villa are so friendly and helpful; they showed us round the town and advised us on the best places to eat and where to go out. We all had an amazing holiday and would definately recommend the villa to anyone. Hopefully we'll be back next year!"
