"We had a great holiday, can't believe we have been back for two weeks already!. Your villa was lovely and had more than everything we could possibly need. It was in a very good location for reaching everywhere but also in a quiet residential area. Just Lovely.

"I think I did mention in my initial e-mail to you on our return that your Management Co. were excellent very supportive on any issues. Unfortunately the weather did spoil things simply because every park day visit was disrupted by the terrible weather. Your villa is beautiful and it's given me food for thought about buying out there my self and selling my Turkey apartment. Loads of places to eat and the folks out there were all friendly, in all honest if you don't enjoy Florida you have to be brain dead. It's a wonderful location and a real joy.

"We had a fantastic time in Florida and your villa provided us with the perfect base for our marathon park visits. Our only complaint is that we had to leave!
We particularly appreciated the shortcut you gave us for getting to the Disney Parks. This saved us a lot of time, particularly given that we visited every Disney Park (some twice) and was also useful in avoiding the 192 when joining the I4 to get to Universal and the Shopping Outlets.
We had the excitement of a tornado watch whilst we were there, but thankfully it stopped at the edge of South Clermont and there was no damage to your property - the Florida t.v. weather coverage is certainly thorough! We had no reason to contact the management company, but he did pop round to introduce himself and check that everything was okay, which we did appreciate.

"Only got back this morning (Sunday 19th) as we went down to Naples for 2 weeks after staying at your villa.
Your villa is lovely and the pictures you have on your website don't do it justice!!!!!!!.

"Back to work after a great holiday in Florida. We loved your villa and found it an excellent base for the parks, the kids made sure the air hockey table got a good work out in the evenings but the pool was their favorite thing about the villa. I would recommend your villa to any of my friends/family who are thinking of going to Florida and will hopefully be in touch again to book another stay in the future.

"We came home rested and relaxed - wish we were still there! We loved your villa. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The kids spent hours in the pool!. We've been to FL many times, have 2 teenagers and a baby, so rest and relaxation by the pool were all any of us wanted. Thanks again for allowing us to stay at your villa!

| "The villa was great. Our family had a great time.
It is located within seconds of the intersection of Highway 192 and US 27, so access to Disney is easy. I'd say Disney is about a 10 minute drive tops in light traffic, and possibly 20 minutes in heavy traffic.
As far as the villa itself, it isn't the newest villa around (more lavish and MUCH more expensive properties have been built since this one), but it looks beautiful and is extremely well maintained.
Don't let me scare you, though, the villa appeared to be no more than 8 years old, so it is still fairly young.
The pool and spa were excellent. We spent a few days just staying at the villa and enjoying that.
The pool table and air hockey table were great added extras, and kept my son occupied for several hours during our trip. The other added extras, the big screen TV and the Playstation 2, were also great to have.
In summary, it is a nice, clean place with a great pool and spa. Plus, it has some nice added extras It is close to Disney. And, the price is right, making this an extremely great value for all you get. You can't ask for much more than that."

| "Excellent property - with an ideal location for Disney. The property is just of the 192 at the west end giving a short journey to Disney.
Both walmart and Publix shops within a couple of miles and a libary with free internet available.
The villa has a great feel to it with the Master bedroom being located downstairs with a door out to the pool and spa.
As a first time visitor to Florida, I found everything about the villa ideal for my family and me as a base for the parks and as a place to relax away from them."
