"The property itself was outstanding but the fact that we had to vacate the property a day early because although we had booked an eight day period the property had been double booked for the final night of our stay. fortunately the reception staff went out of their way to provide us with alternative accomodation. We can not praise them highly enough for their assistance."

Its good to see our first RentalSystems clients enjoyed their stay with us ,however it is unacceptable that their last night was double booked by the reception and for this we apologies sincerely . New measures have been put in place to make sure this never happens again , its good to see the problem was handled satisfactorily by the reception staff as this would be the least that would be expected in the circumstances.
