"The location of the apartment was very good. The apartment was very modern, clean and well equipped. We were very pleased.
We did have some disappointment on the first night of our stay as there was excessive disco noise which kept us awake from 11pm-4am. We reported this to the agent the following morning who assured me that it was a one off (and a misunderstanding) and we had no other problems during our seven night stay. All other nights were very quiet.
It is a shame that the courtyard shops surrounding the apartment block are more or less empty and the cafe was also closed.

Our apartment is in the centre of town. We have been renting out our apartment for 2 years and have had no other complaints regarding noise. We have been assured by the developer that the courtyard shops will be leased imminently.

| "Upon arrival we found the apartment spotless with every available amenity. The decor was modern and extremely tasteful. The kitchen was fully equipped and of high standard. The apartment was in the centre of Larnaca and only a three minute walk to the shopping precinct. We would certainly have no hesitation in recommending this superb apartment and of staying there again. However, we did find difficulty in locating our carpark as the streets were being upgraded and directions changed. Only a very small issue and certainly did not detract from our overall experience. Many thanks to Randall for his very prompt response! Hope to take advantage of his wonderful apartment next year!"

| "The apartment is well positioned in a very central location, excellent for shopping and only a 5 minute walk to the nearest beach.
Beautifully decorated and has excellent furnishings, however we found the kitchen to be very poorly equipped which caused some difficulties with cooking - if you dont plan to cook proper meals then you should be fine.
The main balcony is lovely but can only be used when the apartments air conditioning is switched off as the outside ans make the balcony too hot to sit on.
A very pleasant apartment which makes a great base for a holiday in Larnaca though we would recommend hiring a car if you want to do anything other than go to the beach.
Not ideally suited to young families. We had 2 children under 12 with us and there is very little for them to do."
