| "The property was very clean and well presented,it also had everything hat we needed for a fantastic holiday. The pool was also clean and well maintained.
Both my wife and I had a fantastic holiday and the quality of the villa added to our enoyment. We will definately be looking at booking this villa for future hilidays andwould recommend it to anyone who wants a relaxing peacefull holiday."

| "Stayed at this villa before so knew what to expect, but it has been tidied up inside and out since last year - new fitted kitchen, paint and retiled pool. Good size pool, despite being unheated! Good outside space for sun lounging, peaceful and quiet at night. New property manager was only a few houses away and was very helpful when needed.
Overall we had a good stay."

| ""I'll try to cover as much as possible as i am a firm believer in others feedback being an excellent judge of whether i would select a property. First impressions: We arrived after dark and with reasonable ease found la quinta from provided directions. this property is not easily identified from the road but we were quickly inside and very impressed. Living areas: The sitting / kitchen area is a really good size, i would estimate 35ft by 20ft. The furniture is in excellent condition, very comfy sofas and all mod cons in the kitchen inc microwave and that godsend when holidaying with a small baby, a washing machine! Bedrooms: Both adequately furnished, we found the bed absolutley fine. Plenty of wardrobe space and a well appointed ensuite.
The inlaws room was in good order as well and their bathroom was also clean and tidy. Outside: Obviously a very important part of the holiday, this was fantastic. Large pool cleaned twice in the week. 4 loungers and 2 tables with chairs. We spent many hours lazing around and there was even a bar-b-q that we used several times. The view down to the ocean was great, a real highlight. Amenities: Golf on your doorstep, expensive but thats nothing to do with the villa obviously. It was about a 3min walk to the rocks at the bottom of the road and the fishing there was great, again many hours with the lagers down there. As the ad clearly says a car is recommened although in walking distance is a really decent chinese restuarant, one or two other nice restaurants and a couple of bars.
Best bits: Shaded area near pool ideal for babies and non sun worshippers Proximity to ocean / beach Size of property for cost Overall: Absolutely superb value for money. We had a great time. Highly recommended.""

"the villa was situated in a beautiful spot with breathtaking views of the bay. The area was residential and we had great privacy.
It was spacious and clean and well equipped. it had everything down to the clothes pegs. We were delighted to be able to have a cup of tea when we arrived late from the airport. i would gladly stay there again. Our only complaiants were that the cooker was a bit dodgy and the double bed was not comfortable. Having said that we spent a most memorable time there."

Thank you very much for your feedback and I am glad you enjoyed the villa.
For the benefit of future renters, we are installing a brand new kitchen and are replacing the double bed.
We take pride in the villa and want everyone to enjoy it as much as we do.

| "We had a great holiday at the villa. It was clean and comfortable, and safe for our kids. The pool is great an made our childrens' holiday! It was peaceful and quiet which is what we wanted.
We would recommend it to anyone and will probably wish to stay again in the future."
