| "Spent fourteen days at aparment in September. Good accomodation, very peaceful. Private pool and garden were excellent. Good location near to Coral Bay and close to village. Nearby restaurants were good. Bakeries were excellent and mini mart had most things you would want. Bigger supermarket was five minutes away by car on main road."

| "This is a lovely apartment with views over Peyia and the hills. We stayed there for 3 weeks and it felt like home. It is very clean and the garden is lovely, the gardener and the pool man come twice a week.
Its in a good location with Peyia village just 2 minutes in the car where there are several resturants, banks and a supermarket. Coral bay is a 5 mintue drive and Paphos 20 mintues.
The agents are very good, I had a problem with my air conditioning and someone came the same day and sorted it out. The whole complex is lovely, quiet and clean and the residents near by friendly and helpfull. I will definately go back

| "Fantastic setting in a quiet location but with nearby shops. Very good pool area and stunning views of Peyia hills. Great for a family or a couple. Not far from coral bay and Paphos if you want some nightlife. I would recommend a car as its to hot to walk anywhere!"

| "beautiful apt in a lovely quiet location . pool would have been a bonus if heated but would be a welcome releif in hot summer months. had a great week here and was lucky to have good weather, all room propportions were adequate .
only one slight negative was there was an archway leading to bathroom,bedrooms which would possibly have benefited from having an actual door there to cut out any late night tv noise etc.Overall very happy with the apt and would return in a heartbeat."

| "We have a small wheelchair user, and we had good access around the interior. Only 2 steps to the pool area,and to the lounge from the parking area. Light bright and airy apartment, well maintained with beautiful experior. Struggled to find anything for kids on sattelite, but brought enough dvds to entertain!Thank you"

| "the apartment was well presented,modern and very clean and in a quiet area of peyia ,the private pool is an excellent addition to this property. the first week of our holiday all the apartments were not full but towards the end of the second week most were occupied and it was crowded around the communal pool so the pricvate pool was essential. the mid holiday clean was also i nice addition"

| "Holmes Place (Vince's Villa) is quiet & private splash pool is a nice bonus.The Villa is very spacious & well equipped. The village of Peyia has adequate Taverna's & Supermarkets.The beach at Coral Bay is nice & the water clear & warm. If you need airport transfers it is well worth contacting Steve & get him to arrange Andy to collect you (we could not of had a warmer welcome on our first visit to Cyprus nor more help in leaving as we had a midnight flight the guy was terrific).We will certainly return to Vinces Villa at Holmes Place in the not to distant future.
