| "We found 4 Kellys Dream to be a very comfortable apartment. It has everything you need for a holiday. The rooms are spacious, theres plenty of storage space and the pool is excellent. The ceiling fans and air conditioning are a must in the climate. There is ample parking space if you choose to hire a car.
Despite being in a quiet location, the property is well placed for a short walk to Bar Street (tatty and to be avoided), a little further to the harbour. Theres a supermarket on the same street just 5 minutes walk away with an excellent selec tion of food.
The washing machine came in very handy. One visit per week from the cleaning staff means that you need to wash the bedding and towels yourself in between.
The swimming pool is at the front of the building, the ice cream man dro ps by every afternoon!
You need a torch to see the numbers on the key holder when you return after a night out.
Id recommend a holiday here.

"Really lovely property with plenty of room for our party of 6. Lovely swimming pool but maybe the wall next to the road could have a trellis or some form of screen added to it to give a bit more privacy??
Colin who is on the end of the phone if needed was a great help and very nice. Came to see us on our first day to make sure we arrived ok and if there was anything he could help us with.
The house is in a really good location for walking to the main shops and down to the harbour so no need for a hire car unless you are wanting to go outwith the town area.
The only issue we had was that there was quite a bit of damp in the downstairs part of the property especially the ground floor bedroom. It was strong smelling and should maybe be repaired as wasnt very pleasant for those of our party who were sleeping in there.
Other than that it was a great holiday and wed definatley return again.

| "We found Kellys Dream to be an ideal base to explore Paphos on foot. The restaurants and bars of Kato Paphos are 10-15 minutes one way, the old town of Ktima Paphos 10-15 minutes the other way.
The villa itself had everything we needed and was plenty big enough for us and our two 11 year old kids.
The only downside from our perspective is that the villa is located on a fairly busy road, though the access to everything made up for that."

"very spacious with loads of storage space, a nice walk to bars cafes and town, harbour within walking distance. nice sized swimming pool cleaned regularly. only draw back, microwave needs moving, we all bumped our head on it ,one of us was hurt quite badly, but im sure this can be rectified"

| "This was our second year running at Kellys Dream and I have to say it was even better than the last time. The owners have made quite a few improvements and we met up with people we had spent time with last year also. The kids adore the pool area and we can just sit back and soak up the sunshine while they play until their hearts content. The weather was amazing. Not too hot, just sunny and warm every day. We went out to the nearby bars and restaurants most nights and sat outside having a a great time. There are no negatives about this villa for us at all and I am just looking at flights with a view to booking up for next year also. The service we receive from everyone here is second to none. Thanks again as always. The Darragh Family."

| "We had a lovely time in a lovely villa, the baby loved the pool in his little floating seat and not only did we have the use of the pool to ourselves, he made friends with other children when they were in the pool. The cot and drapes were beautiful that had been hired. The taxi booked for us was brand new and excellent value and even took us back to the villa when the wonderful cleaners phoned them to tell us that we had left something behind. The Apomero nearby was our favourite restaurant and then we had a 5/10 minute stroll to the harbour by turning left or right were you found lots of bars and restaurants with set menus. If you dont hire a car the number 15 bus takes you through Paphos and to Coral Bay. We would recommend to anyone visiting Paphos."

| "We had a fabulous stay at Kellys dream, the villa was very nicely decorated, spacious and clean. The pool was fab, in particular because we only had to share it with one other family. It being next to a road is strange at first, but we got used to it and enjoyed the comfortable sun loungers.
The villa was around 10minutes walk from the centre of Kato Paphos, easy walking distance and far enough out to not be in the midst of all the bars and restaurants.
Steven Gargaro was incredibly helpful, made sure everything was ok and booked our taxi for us before our arrival. We had a visit from Colin (?) during our stay making sure we were happy with everything. Great service!
All in all, we loved our time there and would recommend the place to others without hesitation."

| "arriving at this property my heart did sink a little as it is on a main road n there was a building being built behind it but the pros outweighed the cons. we didnt realy hear the cars and the builders finished early in the day and its not like ur going 2 sit in the villa all day long
the pool is of adequete size 4 the 6 villas and the kids had it 2 themselves the whole time we were there and theres an abundance of inflatables in the property that they made full use of.
the agents went out of there way 2 arrange a car for us which was a very reasonable price and the whole family agreed tht staying in a villa has put an end 2 staying in hotels so we will definatly be using mr gargaro and his villas again."

"inside of property beautiful location ok but with kids bit too far out....pool is on busy roadside ok if your only one in complex otherwise pool too small to accomodate everyone.
would recommend to all adult group as 10 min walk to bar street but wouldnt recommend to familys with children think theres better locations within paphos.
would definatley use this company as helped with every small detail in fact couldnt help enough.

1) Regarding property being 'a bit far out' :
- There are short cuts to the town/harbour - and we will
include a map in the guest book for future bookings?
- There is a good bus service near to villa to all areas around Paphos (very good info. centre near harbour) so most places are easily accessible
- for families, we feel our villa is a better situation than being right in middle of town with bar/disco/restaurant noise.
2) 'Pool too small to accommodate everyone' :
- not all properties at Kelly's Dream are for rent and some are always vacant, so generally quiet by pool. Most guests have had it to themselves.
- a larger pool in busy complex purely for rentals would probably still be full and also less hygienic for children than a small one like ours.
- A small pool is easier for mum and dad to keep an eye on the children and good for families as pool close to our house and children can be kept an eye on from there, unlike a big complex with big pool.
General observation: We do say 'not recommended for babies and very young children' and this has so far overcome the problem that these particular guests have mentioned with regard to the 10 min. walk. In this case, we notice that their 2 youngest were between 6 and 10, so looks like they weren't walkers or didn't take the short cuts!
If people with very young children do decide to go to villa maybe worth them considering car hire or hiring extra buggies (there was a spare one there last time we went) if they can't walk far/go by bus?
Happily, everyone with families so far has been fine with the villa's location.Extra plus point for our villa! Back terrace area is enclosed and safe for children.

| "The property, facilities and equipping levels were absolutely excellent, no issues what so ever. The one thing that slightly detracted from top scoring all round was the location next to a fairly busy road. This gave rise to traffic noise both early in the morning and late at night."

It was set in a perfect location only 15 minutes to the lively heart of Paphos. This included a variety of restaurants and bars to cater for everyone (even the fussy eaters!). The nightlife lived up to our expectation of great fun nights out without the tack!
The villa was spacious and big enough for five girls and the entiratey of their wardrobes! The pool was perfectly situated outside of the villa for those quick dips after sizzling in the sun.
The close proximity of a variety of supermarkets came in handy after heavy nights out when bread, water, and other essentials (like paracetamol) were needed urgently!
