| "We stayed at the property for a week in the middle of Sept 09 and throughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is well equipped, clean and comfortable. Having a garden area and BBQ was ideal for chilling out. There are some lovely Tavernas in Mandria and a superb fish and chip shop. Mandria is easy to get to from the airport and Robin (who greets you) is very helpful and friendly. I would definately reccommend hiring a car when staying at this apartment. Had a very relaxing week and loved Cyprus. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Thank you very much for the use of your lovely apartment which is very well equipped.
It is a very good base if you get yourself a hire car for going to Paphos or the surrounding hillsides. Having Rosemary & Robin upstairs is a great help as they are very informative and good neighbours.
Found the villages to be friendly and very pleasant to-wards us especially with our kids. The local restaurants in the village are very good, friendly and you are always made extremely welcome, also the 'Fish & Chip' shop is excellent, it's the best chips we have had in many a year.
The local beach is 2mins. by car or about 10mins. by foot is good but recommend some sort of beach footwear if you're not used to walking on pebbles.

"May 2009 We have had the most wonderful time here. All us girls are so happy, we had a great place to stay. Perfect location and weather. Robin & Rosemary were very helpful, the whole transaction was so easy considering we arrived so late. The back garden is excellent for sun bathing, the food in the village is very good. We had great days out and are going home refreshed and happy.

| "The description of the apartment was accurate and just as we expected it to be. We were very much at home.There are now 4 Tavernas in the village something for everyone.Bingo at Yannis Tavern on Wednesday nights was fun with both local Cypriots and Brits.
We used the bus service quite often and it never let us down but if you want to see more of Cyprus then a car is essential.
The village shop supplies almost everything, you can even get money on your debit card (no bank or cash point in village)
We found Rosemary & Robin very helpful and friendly nothing seemed too much trouble."

| "This was my first holiday in eight years, and it was definitely worth the wait! The apartment is in a nice quiet location, with three tavernas and two supermarkets within 5 minutes walking distance. There is a lovely quiet, secluded beach just 10 minutes walking distance from the apartment, you can however drive down to the beach if the weather is too hot. The pool is perfect for cooling down after a bit of sunbathing. The apartment also includes a BBQ, which we found very handy, as well as the patio furniture and sunloungers. Although, there is a TV it is not really needed as you prefer to spend most of the time outside or out and about, even at night time. Car hire is essential if you want to do a bit of sight seeing. Two weeks really was not long enough for me."

"This is a lovely apartment, very clean and well equipped with a decent sized garden. Surrounding area quiet, good size swimming pool. The two local tavernas served good food, but menus are a bit limited. The beach is within easy reach (5 mins by car or 10 mins walking), and is litter free and good for snorkelling and fishing. A pleasant walk to the centre of the village, the locals are very friendly. This has to have been the most relaxing holiday we have ever had, look forward to returning. Would definitely recommend it. Car hire is recommended.

| "excellent property with all that you could ask for. perfect location for a quiet peaceful holiday away from the hustle and bustle. two lovely tavernas in the village with a well stocked supermarket. swimming pool gorgeous. timi market on sunday well worth a visit. hire car we found usefull but not a requirement if all you want to do is relax."

| "We chose this location as we were taking over our own place nearby. It is ideal for a quiet holiday, away from the hustle and bustle of Paphos itself but easily reachable by car as and when you feel the need. 10 minute walk, across flat land, brings you to a deserted beach and a 5 minute walk takes you to the quaint village square where there is a supermarket and 2 tavernas which are excellent value - especially Yiannis which is a grape-vine covered place with internal seating if required. A car is essential to explore the rest of the island. Lovely pool, and the garden gets the sun all day. Inside there is everything you need, including microwave and a washing machine which are luxuries you just don't get in a commercial self catering apartment."
