| "The villa is in a fabulous location, with wonderful views from most rooms. The villa is well appointed and well equipped. The car is an added bonus but is only available till 11am on departure day so could make things difficult if you have a late flight home.(carrying luggage about!) We did have problems with the pool water and some fittings and there is only one stand up shower between the 6 guests. Also there were not enough lights to enjoy a barbeque properly outside. But Im sure these faults are easily rectified as we loved the villas location, the air conditioning and Pegeia and would return to this area again."

| "We all had a fantastic time. The villa was beautiful and the scenery was amazing. We couldnt fault the villa in anyway. The taxi firm that was used was very nice and friendly. Would recommend them. The only fault was with the car that was included in the price. that was a great saving but we had a tyre blow out on the second day and the spare wheel was flat, but thanks to the great staff Lisa and Andy they managed to get it fixed and put us back on the road. many thanks for that. Iwould recommend this villa and will definately be returning. E muir"

| ""I booked this as a surprise holiday for my partners 40th and was not dissapointed. We had a fantastic time, not only are the views to die for but the villa itself is superb as was having a car included. We also had some friends join us for the second week and the size of the villa was great as you didnt feel like you were in each others way. Its also in great location as peyia village is about 20min walk where there are some lovely traditional restaurants, tavernas and small supermarkets which was handy, we couldnt of asked for more. Id also like to thank the team for making our stay so easy, like helping keep everything as a surprise and arranging a driver to collect us from the airport. We also had a problem with the aircon in the main bedroom which used to leak after 10 mins, but as soon as we reported it an engineer was round that afternoon and fixed it! This was our first visit to cyprus but wont be our last, or our last stay at villa paros".

| "Villa Paros is a lovely villa with spectacular views and definately excellent value for money. Lisa and Steven have been more than helpful during our stay at the villa. The location is ideal for getting around to visit different parts of Cyprus and we made good use of the car. It was a very hot week and therefore, we didnt venture out walking to far as it was just too hot. The people in Cyprus are very friendly and welcoming. We visitied Latchi which has a lovely beach, Coral Bay for watersports for the boys and had lunch nearby where Aphrodite bathed. Pafos has an abundance of shops but we preferred the old town and the harbour which is much prettier and hand lunch and dinner there a couple of times. There is plenty to do however, due to our poor exchange rate against the euro it can be costly. My son and friend who are both 15 went to the waterpark which is fantastic and it cost 28 euros each to go in but that is for a full day. The watersports can vary from 16 - 49 euros in Coral Bay the boys went on a flyfish which is a great ride being pulled by a speedboat and that was 25 euros each. That said eating out can be very reasonable and the food is excellent. All in all we had a lovely week and would certainly recommend to friends and family perhaps when not tied to school hols go in June which I think would be perfect."

| "We had an absolutely brilliant time on this holiday. As we had planned to have a really lazy time it was great to know that we had all that we needed either in the villa itself or within very easy reach. The accommodation was excellent, a real home from home (but with much better weather!) and so peaceful. It was lovely to have a pool and the use of the car was a real bonus. The driver who collected us from the airport was so welcoming and got the holiday off to a good start from the minute we left the airport. Id have no hesitation in recommending Villa Paros to others and I would happily return here if I were to holiday in Cyprus again."

When taking car hire costs into consideration I would say the overall package to be excellent value for money."

"Very nice property with stunning views. Well looked after by the taxi driver and met by Lisa at the property who showed us around and explained about the villa.
Only slight problem was that gas bottle for the cooker was empty. Had to get bottle from BBQ outside, which fortunately had some gas in. Perhaps this could have been checked before we arrived as some clients may not have been able to lift gas bottle from pool area up to kitchen.
A payphone may be an idea as if you dont have a mobile then you have no way of contacting anyone in an emergency.
Overall lovely villa and would recommend"

Hi Jonathan,
Many thanks for your review and kind words about the villa. We are very pleased to have such positive comments from our guests. I am very sorry about the mix up with the gas bottle. It seems the shop replaced empty with empty as it was actually changed just prior to your arrival. If you had reported this to us, we would have had no problem in sending someone to lift it for you. We note your comment about the phone but feel that most if not all guests come to Cyprus with at least 1 working mobile telephone of their own. If we continue to receive such comments, we will of course look to provide something. Many thanks again.

| "We were delighted when we arrived at the property to find how airy and spacious it was - I didnt really expect it to be so roomy as photos can be deceptive, but not in this case. The decorative and ornamental touches were really good - the place feels like a home rather than a sterile rental property as soon as you walk in.
The position of the villa is good - just 1 mile from the village centre and easily walkable (although not at midday in the heat!) The air conditioning was a real benefit and we were all pleased that the pool was larger than we were expecting. It is about 9m long. Having so many different levels (four outside and two inside) meant that whatever the time of day we could get some shade somewhere. The pool was cleaned while we were there and thanks go to Maggie and Geoff for ensuring the place was spick and span on our arrival and for the mid-stay clean (we were there for a fortnight). The car was really useful and being 4wd meant we could easily take the trails over the Akamas without worry.
All in all a great holiday and we would all go back in a heartbeat."

"this is a lovely villa with a fantastic view of coral bay, it is beautifully decorated, but needs attention given to small details, eg a nice shower room, but no shampoo/soap holder; balconies with no shade at all in early part of day; fly screens would be useful as well to save running air con at night when u could leave window open if it wasnt for beasts flying in; major criticism is stupid key safe at door, dont rely on renter giving you a code, agree one with them before u fly, will save u being locked out in early hours, and get a confirmation sat tv is working, ours never did!"

Many thanks for completing our online review form. It is very important to the overall success of the villa that we have a range of comments from as many of our guests as possible. It is also important that prospective guests know which of the raised points are most accurate. I would comment as follows:
We have already fitted new shelves in the bathroom and shower room wall. Most if not all (three) parasols and furniture are portable and shade should not be an issue. The balcony from the lounge is also covered with a pergola which we intend to install interlocking woven shade to in time for next season. Fly screens are something we will consider adding but no-one else as yet has commented and we will monitor closely. Regrettably, I must state I find your comments about the keysafe somewhat unreasonable. Whilst in no way ignoring the frustration you encountered, your comments seem harsh particularly as you were given clear instruction regarding the correct number well in advance of your stay but inputted incorrectly. We see a 4 digit combination keysafe as of good use for late arrivals and as such have had nothing but positive comments until now about all parts of our service. We also assisted you by telephone at 3am in the morning. We do accept the temporary issue with the Satellite TV and apologise for this inconvenience, particularly as it was checked as working on the day of your arrival. The situation is now rectified and we expect no further issues with the subscription we pay, for the large choice of channels on offer. We thank you again for your feedback and hope (as you wrote on the villas internal review form) that not withstanding your comments, you would seriously consider returning to enjoy the villa again at a future date.

| "My partner and I stayed at Villa Paros for 2 weeks in May '08 with another couple, and had a wonderful time. It felt very much like home from home. A big thank you must go to Maggie and Geoff who ensured that all of our requirements were met during the stay.
Inside the villa, the furniture / appliances can't be faulted. As a music lover, the Bose iPod dock was perfect! During our holiday, the washing machine broke, so Maggie immediately arranged for the use of a nearby apartment until a brand new machine was delivered two days later.
Externally, the swimming pool / bbq terrace were great. It must also be said that the views from the balconies and roof terrace are spectacular to say the least. The Honda CRV is a necessity if you wish to explore further afield than Peyia.
Although not normally the type of people to visit the same destination twice, Villa Paros could certainly tempt us to change our minds. I would definitely recommend this villa to my friends."

| "We stopped in Villa Paros for a week this April and had a fantastic time, the Villa was perfect, the views were outstanding and the quality of the furnishings was 1st class. We have had many Villa holidays all over the world and this was one of the best and is probably the only one we would consider visiting a second time.
Please pass on our thanks to Maggie for making us feel welcome and accept my personal thanks for the excellent organisation and service we recieved from you and Lisa, it really allowed us to chill out and enjoy our Holiday
Regards

| "The villa was situated in an excellent location, both for views and convenience. for access and shops, restaurants, bars etc.
The decor and amenities were excellent and we found ourselves wanting for nothing.
The only slight critisism was that there was no shower facility poolside, so it meant having to go inside, particularly when showering prior to, and after, using the pool.
We had a brilliant time and hope to return soon.

| "This villa is fantastic. Brand new, excellent fitting and furniture but thee best thing is the view. You can swim in the pool over looking the hills and the sea. It is in a very quite location and not to far from taverna's.
Will certainly come back.

"We stayed at Villa Paros, Sunrise Dreams, between 25 July and 1 August 2007. On arrival we stepped out onto the lounge balcony and were literally mesmerized by the amazing view. Being in an elevated position the villa has a fantastic outlook over Peyia, Coral Bay to the right, and Paphos in the distance. The lounge balcony itself was a particularly nice setting to eat meals or have a night-cap whilst taking in the fantastic scenery. The open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen were very nicely furnished and very well equipped (Satellite TV was a nice bonus). The sunny pool terrace is great for relaxing and for having a BBQ and privacy is ensured as no other properties directly overlook the villa. The roof terrace is also a great place for sunbathing. The lower ground floor provides 3 airy bedrooms, each of which have ample wardrobe space and the essential air-conditioning! A huge advantage in hiring this villa is that it includes the use of a smart Honda CRV, which awaits you at the villa on arrival. This means not having to spend valuable time arranging a vehicle independently. The village of Peyia is only a few minutes drive away and has several nice bars and restaurants and a choice of well-stocked supermarkets. Coral Bay is no more than a 10 minute drive away. All in all this spacious modern villa was a delight to stay in and we left with a definite desire to return one day.
