"Sorry I haven't written before now to thank you very much for the use of BHH the other week. We all enjoyed our holiday very much, and Denise and Brian were very helpful. Denise got us a lovely birthday cake, and Brian was called upon when there was trouble with the electics in the bottom apartment, but he got it sorted!
We were very impressed with the equipment provided at the villa - we'd stayed in a big villa in Cyprus 18 months before, and that didn't have anywhere near the amount of catering equipment that you provided!

| "We have recently returned from a lovely holiday in your gorgeous villa! Brian and Denise are absolutely lovely - we could not fault a thing - they were so helpful and such a lovely couple - I wanted to let you know (although I am sure you do already!) what a superb job they are doing. They showed us around the area and took us to the local supermarket to get supplies when we first arrived as we didn't hire a car - picked up some water for us when they went to the supermarket to save us carrying it - they truly are so thoughtful and so discreet that you wouldn't have know they were there - but always on hand if we needed them. You have done extremely well in choosing such fantastic managers. They keep the place absolutely immaculate and pool as well. We were extremely impressed"

| "Just to let you know that we had a fantastic holiday- myself, my daughter ,Megan & friends Julia & Robyn spent the whole week really chilling either by the pool or on the beach. The weather was fantastic too so all in all it was an excellent week. Denise & Brian were excellent - they gave us a very warm welcome , gave us a guided tour of the area & took us shopping- we couldn't have asked for anything more- they were superb"

| "We were told there were 2 family rooms with 3 beds in each, this was in fact 2 small doubles and a camp bed which was not sufficient. The villa did not sleep 12 as specified - we had 11 and we had to double up on beds - not what we expected. The couple who manage the property were brilliant and very helpful, and I think rather embarrased at what was being sold! We had to pay £100 for a cleaner - who came once in two weeks for an hour. Outside, the patio and pool were great. There was no internet access as said in the brochure and the cable TV did not work. I think people should be aware of this. The villa sleeps 8 comfortably but I would not even consider going with more people."

| "Well equipped, lots of space and it has a hot tub! It was the only villa we could find that had enough sleeping arrangements for our group.
Everything you need in the kitchen. Great for kids - nice touch with loads of toys, DVDs and videos. Great to be able to fully enclose of the villa from the outside too.
Brian and his wife who oversee the property do a great job and are very helpful - thanks guys.
THe only slight negitive points would be that the pools not heated so can be a bit cold outside the summer months.
Not the fault of the villa, but Costa Calma has very few nice places to eat. Still, you're most likely going to need a car so get out and explore!
