"Well-appointed apartment. Very comfortable with modern, smart kitchen and bathroom. Spacious and roomy. Well-situated in residential area close to metro and near the city centre. We enjoyed being off the tourist track and buying bread from local bakery. We did note the previous comments about grafitti but this seems to be a widespread occurence in Athens and we felt very comfortable in the area with our three young children. Friendly, English speaking caretaker Clemm gave lots of helpful advice such as never have the air conditioning less than 28 degrees. He was right. When we tried it we felt dreadful! Great base for exploring all the wonderful sites and museums Athens has to offer. Would recommend."

"We loved the apartment itself. It was excellent. Extremely spacious, clean, nicely furnished. However, the building and the neighborhood were of concern to us. The appearance of the building/neighborhood was not nearly as clean as shown in the pictures and lots of graffiti on all the walls of buildings in the neighborhood. View from the terrace was not pleasant - graffiti, construction, other messy apts, etc. Not sure that we felt comfortable and safe in the area after dark. It is only because of the building and area that we are rating this property as Fair. Otherwise, it would be Excellent."

"The apartment is not only just as pictured and described... but even more convenient to all the Historical Sites than I expected. The owner was so friendly and really helped to make sure we were comfortable at all times. The National Archeological Museum was a short walk away... breathtaking! We had no trouble at all finding our way to the apartment from the airport via the metro as the arrival instructions were so detailed and precise. ... I must add, the Jacuzzi tub was a wonderful "plus" to our whole stay.. it really helped to relax us after a day of exploring Athens."

"Our party of two couples really enjoyed this apartment. The two bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths gave us as much privacy as we wanted, at a much better rate than comparable hotel rooms. We also were able to save money by cooking meals in the apartment when we wished. The kitchen was great -- excellent stainless appliances and a dishwasher and microwave. We also used the washing machine. We really enjoyed the very large front balcony -- spent a lot of time having coffee, drinks or snacks out there. The elevator was also appreciated -- I have a bad knee. Location was very convenient to the metro, plus a supermarket, terrific bakery and lots of nice sidewalk cafes on the square, one minute walk away. Only regret -- we were so busy having fun, we didn't get around to using the jetted spa-tub!"
