| "I was a little nervous at first after all, Id found out about the listing on a classified website ad.
However, Natalie completely eased our worries. She provided detailed information about arriving and how to get to the apartment, and was willing to answer any question, any time.
The apartment itself was perfect for the six of us. It is in the perfect location, a quiet street in Plaka, and allowed us to walk to everything.
The apartment was clean and well-maintained. We had no problems at all, and we appreciated not having to bring towels, sheets or blankets. My parents loved having a coffee maker.
It was also nice to have a home base throughout our trip. Even if we stayed overnight elsewhere, this apartment was affordable enough to have to store our bags.
I loved it, and I would definitely stay here again!"

| "Great location on quiet street near a busy part of the Plaka with good restaurants, a nice bakery/bar, a good dessert place, and easy access to many of the top historical and other sites. Staying here helped make us feel like "locals" more than tourists. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes, cutlery, and glasses. Having a full-size refrigerator was also nice. The master bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of extra pillows and blankets. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The directions we received were very clear, so we were able to find the apartment without any problems, and the representative who had our key was waiting for us when we arrived."

| "You cant beat the location. A quiet side street, just steps away from the most vibrant thoroughfares of Plaka. Walking distance to The Acropolis, Acropolis Museum, and Metro Stations. The owner was very forthcoming with information prior to our arrival, and there were no complications whatsoever. We were quite comfortable sleeping four, and could easily have slept six without feeling as though we were on top of each other. Thoroughly cleaned for us, and stocked with everything one might need in the way of kitchen ware, iron, portable stereo, and the like. A highly enjoyable place to stay, run efficiently by very friendly folks. A gem of a find."

| "The description of the property was accurate and the location within the Plaka was perfect.
I was puzzled as to why the bathroom was so small since there is plenty of room to enlarge it.
The property was clean and welcoming.
The use of a cellphone was especially helpful during our stay and greatly appreciated."

| "We arrived at the studio exactly one and a half hours after landing, having taken the metro to Syntagma and then walking to the studio. This was very straight forward and the directions we were sent in advance were very clear and helpful. Although the studio is right in the heart of Athens and surrounded by restaurants and bars, it is in a secluded side road and very peaceful and quiet. Its literally minutes from all the sights however and within one minutes walk of a small supermarket that sells all the basics.
The studio itself was perfect with plenty of room for five of us, although the bathroom is a little on the small side. It was good to have the seperate loo downstairs though.
Athens itself was brilliant with so much to see and do all within walking distance of the studio.
We had a fantastic holiday, made even better by the location of the studio. Thankyou."

| "Everything was absolutely perfect for our family. We loved walking around the Acropolis every night. The small bakery a few houses down had milk and the best breads. Our son welcomed us to Athens with a great spaghetti meal that he cooked in the studio. The lemon trees and bouganvilla in the courtyard was so typical of Greece. Thank you so much!"

| "Perfect location in the Plaka. Plenty of space to spread out and relax after a day of touring. Kitchen not too fancy, but more than adequate to prepare a small dinner or breakfast with pasteries from the shop a few feet away.
The hosts and neighbors were delightful and very helpful. Highly recommended"

"My wife and I “VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND” this apartment in Plaka. It is clean, fully (and newly) furnished and larger than expected. The apartment is located on a short, quiet, residential street yet is in the heart of all the action in Athens. Fifty paces from your apartment and you are on one of the many bustling pedestrian-only streets that crisscross Plaka and are lined with restaurants, taverns, cafes, stores etc.
The apartment is better than described on the website. After a long day of touring we always enjoyed a glass of wine while we looked out of two sets of French doors to mature foliage in the fenced courtyard (you also have your own locked gate to the courtyard)
You are in walking distance of the Acropolis, both Agoras, Hadrian’s arch, Hadrian’s museum, Syntagma Square, Kolonaki, Athens flea market, Athen’s main food market and two Metro stations etc. Buy a weekly public transportation pass for 10 Euros and go everywhere (take the Metro to Piraeus (Athens seaport) and grab a Hyrofoil for a great day trip to one of the Greek islands nearby (Aegina (20E), Hydra (26E), etc.)
On the corner is a small restaurant that also carries some breakfast items as well as fresh bread/yogurt/beer/milk etc. Around the corner are several internet cafes (Starbucks), a laundry, liquor stores etc.
Alexi (whose family owns the apartment) and Natalie (who runs the rental of the unit) are wonderful people who go out of their way to make your stay perfect. Both speak perfect English, you will not have any problem getting help if needed (it wasn’t but was sure nice to know they were there). Feel free to email us for any questions or directions. "My husband, two children and I had a wonderful time here at teh Studio. The location was just perfect. All we had to do was step outside, walk a few feet down the street.. and there we were in the heart of the Acropolis.
I can't thank you enough for your hospitality... and for helping us with all our ferry reservations and all your recommedations.
We hope you decide to visit us next year!
My son asks me to write and tell you that he does love the CD you gave him :-)
Sincerely, Margret, William, Ken and Sandy Austin, Texas "

| "The studio is located on the ground floor in a quiet street in Plaka, which is convenient to all sites in Athens. It was very spacious and well fitted out. Everyone was helpful, with follow-ups during our stay to make sure everything ran smoothly. We would definitely recommend the studio to other families."
