| "The bungalow was spacious and well situated providing you did not worry about being under the flight path (we did not) however this could put some visitors off.The complex was clean.gardens very well kept and the club house was good. The front back and roof terrace were very good and sunshine could be enjoyed from sun rise to sun set. More cooking equipment would have improved the kitchen. Lounge and bedrooms were good.
We will return to this area and if this bungalow is available on our holiday dates we will book again.
We enjoyed our stay."

| "The property was exactly as described on the website.The property was spotlessly clean on arrival.All the amenities in the area where well explained.I would recommend the property to anyone for a relaxing holiday.The negatives are the Planes overhead , but as we already knew about this it wasnt unexpected.The complex is 99% occupied by holiday makers and owners from GB and if your are looking for ethnic diversity this complex is not for you.Overall a very nice property in nice surroundings."

| "Many thanks to Erica & Berni, this villa offered fantastic value for money, with really good facilites. The grounds of The Palms, swimming pools and availability of sun beds excellent. We feel that the Poolbar/Restaurant on site was expensive, but do appear to be offering a few special deals to become competetive. However, be prepared for lots of aircraft noise, as unfortunately you cannot escape it - personally not bothered by it though. Overall, excellent value and we would definitely return again."

| "Disappointed that we had no sun loungers, but helped ourselves as there were plenty of them around the various pools. Rooftop terrace is ideal for chasing the sun in the late afternoon. Property was of a good size more than adequate for a family of four. Thoroughly enjoyed being on flight path, noise not that intrusive. Golf Del Sur is a very quiet area, ideal location if you are looking for a relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle of the larger resorts."

| "Excellent location 15 Mins from the airport.
Only downside are the aircraft coming over the property to land, but there were no night flights, so not too intrusive.
We would recommend this bungalow to anyone.
Spotlessly clean, Spacious, Very close to the amenities, everything we wanted.

| "Having stayed on this complex for the last 4 years the peole at Palms make you feel so welcome-the complex is clean and tidy and would always go back.
Before booking this apartment I would suggest that you arrage to meet the owners on arrival as you may not be so happy when you leave and return home-I am not happy that I was charged for damage and items broken or missing on my return-owners do not response to email but are quick enough to inform you of there intensions.I would also suggest that if your are unlucky enough to have any storms whilst there do not attempt to clear any excess water away let it run into the apartment as the owners who live in the island do not appreciate that you have save there property from any damage.Overall I would not recommend staying in this apartment-at the same time villarenters do not want to get involved so you are on you own and you credit card has been hit."

| "The overall experience of the bungalow and the complex was perfect.
We did however need to clean the cupboards and the oven on arrival.
A secondary note was that the master bedroom had two skylights in it and the street lamps and adjoining number 17s kitchen light shone through making sleep hard work.
A couple of blinds would be nice."

| "THE PROPERTY WAS A REAL HOME FROM HOME AND VERY CLEAN, COMFORTABLE AND WELL APPOINTED. tHE LINEN WAS CHANGED WEEKLY.
The resort was very quiet and although the restaurant on sight was small and quite basic, there were plent of excellent eating places around the resort.
The resort is on the flightpath but to be honest once you are there you get used to it and we were usually out during the day anyway. Fridays and tuesdays are the busiest times for flights.
All in all we had a great holiday and the owners were very helpful and always at the end of the phone if they were needed.

| "The apartment exceeded our expectations on arrival. It was clean and spacious and the welcome pack made our first night very relaxed, as we didnt need to rush out and buy essentials.
Having two bathrooms was definitely a bonus as our daughters are aged 13 and 20!!!
The complex was surprisingly quiet for the last 2 weeks of the summer holidays but it was wonderful because we had the use of any of the four pools and a choice of any number of sunbeds!!
We did notice the planes (you couldnt miss them really) but they did not take anything away from what was a very enjoyable and relaxing holiday.
We wouldnt hestitate to recommend 18 The Palms to anyone or even better go back again ourselves.

| "The complex is lovely and the accommodation was clean and nicely decorated. We also hired a car for 2 weeks when we were there so it was so handy having your own parking space. The villa was a great size for our family and it was great that both bedrooms had their own bathroom facility. Overall very satisfied with the accommodation."

| "The description of the property was very accurate, the described facilities were very good and it was very spacious compared to other apartments we have stayed in, the complex was well set out and the kids loved the main heated pool, the on site bar/restraunte was quite good and quite resonably priced, there are also a couple of pool tables, air hockey and ping pong to keep the kids occupied. A car is definately advised to get the best from the surrounding area, also stock up at the main mercadona supermarket in the nearest town as the local place is very expensive. Overall id have no problems recommending it."

| "Beautiful well equipped bungalow on a very nice complex, lovely terrace and pools clean if not a little cold. Pool bar/restaurant excellent value for money. A pleasant 10 min walk to San Blaas. Only problem I had was the planes unfortunatley they flew so low I could not get used to this and noise level spoilt it a little for me however I knew it was under the flightpath when I booked so shouldn't complain really!
All in all a lovely holiday in an upmarket, quiet but pleasant resort."

| "A very nice Bungalow in a very nice resort, we choose this accomodation mainly for the golf however I was very pleased with the location and the Accomodation was a very high standard. The only down side is the planes that fly overhead however after a day or so we all got used to them. Overall the stay was very good and I would recommend the Bungalow to anyone who enjoys Golf, Sun and very nice accomodation.

| "The bungalow was well placed, nicely furnished and well layed out. Plenty of utensils in kitchen. Nice big patio to have breakfast/dinner on. Some airplane noise, even though you are in the flight path, you do get used to it. Overall a very enjoyable holiday."
