| "Really lovely flat, amazing location, close to the seafront, great shops, short walk to the Pavillion. Beautiful. In fact, Ill probably stay here again next time Im in Brighton!
The manager Ellie is very friendly and helpful too - she came rushing round when a fuse went and some of the lights went out. Really made me feel welcome in Brighton.
If I had to give any constructive criticism, itd be: just to let people know thats its really hard to find parking in the areas of Brighton which arent residents-only or fee-paying parking. So... I ended up paying £9 a day for parking on the seafront. Very convenient, and not horribly expensive but just to warn. I guess charging guests a bit extra for some residents permits would be very useful, if possible.
The wifi is a little bit dodgy - I work in IT and I couldnt work out whats up with it! So if youre going to need urgent internet while youre in the flat, just bring an ethernet cable with you (it works perfectly in a cabled-connection, its a problem with the wireless, not the internet connection). And I guess itd be nice if there were an ethernet cable in the flat just in case.
But its a really lovely flat and Id be back again like a shot. Wonderful place for a holiday. I especially loved the characterful clock, the comfy bed and the window seat with the sea view!"

"Very well situated close to sea and town centre, but quiet. Reception friendly. Everything in working order - although I could not get my computer to log onto the WIFI (not sure whether this was my fault or the WIFIs).
Three suggestions for improvement: (a) something to stand cutlery in to dry when one washes up (we used a cup) (b) an extractor fan in he bathroom (c) carpet and lino stained and should be replaced.
But none of these prevented it being excellent value for money in January: two rooms, bathroom and kitchen for less than the price of a single hotel room.

The wifi is working fine, if any other guests have problems with the wifi please contact Ellie the property manager who would be more than happy to come and help you get access.
A new cutlery drainer has been added in the kitchen.
The carpets have now been replaced throughout just after your departure.
The landlord did look into the possibility of an extractor fan, but was advised one was not a necessity with the window in place.

| "Great location and good value. The wine and chocolates were a thoughtful touch and the Christmas tree was a nice idea, but not really practical - we had to move it every time we wanted to use the sofa bed! Still we had a good time.
Its clear this is a property that had considerable investment in it a few years ago. With a little more freshening up and some work to tackle the signs of wear and tear it could be perfect again."

| "I rented the property for a week with my friend from the States. Its in a great location, so close to the beach and just a couple of minutes walk to the pubs, bars and restaurants of Kemp Town, yet the apartment is really quiet. Ellie, the landlady was fantastic, really friendly and very accomodating-a lovely lady with tips on whats on and the nightlife. The flat itself was really comfortable and spacious- the kitchen was well equipped and really huge. The only negative is the huge breakables deposit and the fact that someone was cashing in on the interest that I need to pay back to my credit card company...but, we live in a capatalist society right? Grr. Anyways dont want to end on a negative because I think the apartment was great value for money, and I would definately rent it again."

| "On arrival we were thrilled with the location of the apartment,we could see the sea from the living room.We were greeted by a lovely member of staff who answered all our questions about the local area.The apartment comfortably slept four of us (all adults) and the facilities were excellent!The location was excellent we could walk everywhere from the apartment.We hope the apartment is available when we return to Brighton next year!!"

| "We felt very comfortable here. The flat had a lovely home from home feeling less than 100 metres away from the sea. So breakfast is easily had on the beach! Everything was in walking distance and everybody was incredibly friendly and helpful. We throughly enjoyed ourselves here and found it perfect for our needs."

| "I had a nice stay at the apartment. The decor was imaginative, quirky and stylish and added to the atmosphere. The facilities were comfortable and well laid out, with freeview television, kitchen equipped with all the mod cons, lovely power shower and cosy central heating.
The location was quiet and near to main shops, the seafront, and the centre all within easy walking distance. In general I felt very much at home for the whole week and would rent it again.
It was good value for money. I would highly recommend this apartment to any of my friends or family."

| "We stayed in the appartment for our post-handfasting honeymoon and had a really great time, the flat was warm (the weather was beginning to turn autumnal, although most days it was warm and sunny), comfortable and well decorated and when we weren't out and about enjoying Brighton it was a real pleasure to slob in front of cable TV! (something we never get a chance or even inclination to do...)
Our only grumble would be the surcharge imposed because of the Lib Dem conference, we weren't in Brighton for that reason, but I guess it's pretty universal when booking any accomdation during conference season??
BTW, there was plenty of toilet paper during our stay, so looks like feedback is acted upon!!"

deposit was abite steep,also to wait until 15th Sept to get it back is outrageous.We also had a problem with toilet paper, had to go out and buy it , with the price we had to pay for the flat , there should have been plenty of such an essential item.
