| "I had the real pleasure of staying in this apartment for six months, and can say that it is a wonderful spot to hang ones hat for a while. The property itself is lovely - and very secure (with underground parking), and the location couldnt be more ideal for those individuals who want to fully experience the "Old World" of historic Quito.
You can walk to everything (the presidential palace, museums, excellent dining, plazas to simply relax and enjoy the spectacular views of the lush, green hills to the west and, should it be necessary, there are plenty of buses and taxis to travel further afield.
Additionally, the owner, Paul, is a stand-up guy who goes the extra mile to ensure that the stay in the apartment is a good one, as well as providing a good overview of how best to enjoy the area.
I strongly recommend anyone who is considering spending any amount of time in Quito look into this comfortable flat.

| "This is a great apartment, and an incredible value. We were very pleased with the stay. The building is new, the apartment very clean and comfortable. Great location. Very secure (24 hour armed guard). Paul was a great and helpful host (the ride from the airport is a nice touch). If we ever go back to Quito, this would be our first choice."

| "We stayed in this apartment for one month and it was great. The location is within a few blocks of all the historic landmarks in the old town. There is also a grocery store one block away and many restaurants. Although our Spanish language school was in the Mariscal, the taxi ride cost less than $2 and the bus is only a quarter. The building is very quiet and the guard stationed by the front of the apartment gave us extra security. Paul, the landlord, was very helpful and went beyond our expectations to make us as comfortable as possible. The apartment was an exceptional value for us. Staying in a cheap hostal would have cost us more. If I had to say something negative it would only be that the beds were very hard. We look forward to a return stay in the future."

| "My husband and I rented this apartment for 2 months and were very happy with it. Excellent location on a well lit street in the heart of the colonial city. The apartment and the building are secure and the apartment is very quiet on the third floor. The owner was incredibly responsive to any needs we had whether they were just questions about where to find something locally or specifically about the apartment. He was very attentive to making sure that we were happy and had everything we needed. The shower is HOT with good pressure which has not been the case with other apartments we have rented in Quito. New stove and fridge. There is a great grocery store and also an outdoor market closeby. The street below the apartment was always bustling with people until about 8-9 pm. We felt very safe there. The apartment is located right at a trole stop and there are lots of taxis in the area as well."

| "As the apartment's first tenant, and having lived there for two months, I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Quito for any length of time. I stayed in the Mariscal before living here, but would rate this safe, secure and very comfortable property much more highly. It is extremely well situated in the Historic Centre of Quito (about 3 blocks from the Plaza Grande), is well furnished, and unlike much of Quito's temporary accommodation, everything in it (shower, cooker, tv etc) works!"

| "Absolutely perfect. This is a great flat in a lovely position in the Old Town. Lovely kitchen, bathroom and two very spacious rooms. 24 hr Security makes you feel extremely safe and allows you to stay in the best area of Quito.
I thoroughly recommend this property, we had a wonderful 2 months in it and will be back."
