| "The Walker Family (4 Adults + 2 Children) October 2009
We all really enjoyed our holiday whist staying at this Villa, and we all loved the pool, especially the children! The property certainly met our expectations, and is very good value for money. Pleasantly presented and furnished throughout, the villa has everything that you need to make your stay a pleasant one.
Location is great - a nice 15 min stroll into town to take advanage of everything that Paphos has to offer.
My only gripe is that the air-con unit in the master bedroom leaked water - lots of it! and we had to mop up regularly. We tried to contact the property managers, but got a network busy message each time.
Overall though, a brilliant holiday and I would highly recommend this villa to anyone."

"This is a great, high spec property which was spotlessly clean. The pool is worthy of mention too and overall the property exceeded our expectations and was excellent value for money. All arrangements with the owner went smoothly, including taxi transfers, and the information pack provided by him was invaluable.
The only comments we have which we have already raised with the owner are that we were unaware that there were buiding works in the vicinity (which woke guests in the back bedrooms), and that there were only three sun loungers, meaning that as a party of four friends we had to undertake our sunbathing in shifts! There was also no cleaning of the house or pool during our one week stay."

The pool is cleaned twice a week and was cleaned whilst these guests were staying at the villa. The pool cleaner often comes early in the morning in order not to disturbe the guests and also to avoid the heat. He has a key to the side gate.
There are currently 5 sun loungers at the villa.
The villa itself is not cleaned for a weeks booking. For stays 2 week stays or longer we arrange for a mid stay linen change.

| "Really enjoyed our stay with family 01/07/09.
Villa facilities excellent especially the pool. plenty of space within and more impressive than pictures suggest.
Based in quiet residential area but within walking distance of all parts of Kato Paphos, although those with mobility issues may benefit from use of a car.
Highly recommended, would definitely stay again.

| "our stay at you villa was brilliant. we were there for our wedding in cyprus and so glad we booked your villa, it was very clean and comfortable and spacious as could imagine was pretty busy on morning of wedding. the pool was great, our son loved it. its central for harbour etc and still in quiet area which is great. the only thing that we would have like was english tv only because we have small child so were not out late but certainly didnt spoil our time there. all our friends and family that where staying near by commented on how great it was, we are hoping to be back again one day. thank you again

Well, what can I say! Another truly wonderful holiday here at your villa!!!!
This time we brought our Kids and Nanny. All of whom loved every minute of it. Nanny said it was a 'home away from home' and the Kids loved the pool, surprise surprise!!
The weather, food and hospitility of your neighbours and the locals have all been brilliant. If you are looking for a spokesperson for your villa then feel free to point people to me as I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a fabulous holiday!!"

"Just very good deasl for the price nicely furnished. The area would look better when finished. The pool was very nice but it looked murky compared to next door which had just been fitted with new lining"

The neighbour has had the lining of their pool replaced, this is why it looks different.
The pool is cleaned twice weekly and any issues will be addressed immediately by the property management company.
We have not received negative comments about the pool before, indeed it is always something people absolutely enjoy.

| "The property was in a quite location with both residential homes and holiday apartments surrounding it, yet not too far to walk into the town centre, harbour, restaurants and shops etc.
The villa had everything in it as advertised.
Very clean and tidy would certainly recommend to others.
Pool really inviting with plenty of outdoor furniture/sun brollies to accommodate our party.
Really good value for money"

"The villa was nice and adequate. It had everything we needed but could do with a bit of paint here & there. The pool/garden area was satisfactory although it is totally overlooked by all the houses and flat around it so not very private.
The villa could also do with having some directions as to how to get to various places from the villa, especially the shortcut into Kato Paphos and the harbour. We had to ask neighbours for directions."

Our villa is centrally located, therefore it is almost inevitable that it will be overlooked to some extent. However, we generally find that this is not intrusive.
All guests receive a map clearly showing the location. Based upon this feedback we will provide some more specific walking directions.
In terms of painting. All the wall around the property and pool were repainted this year. The outside is in excellent condition as is the inside although there may be a few scuffs and chips.
From over 60 guests who have stayed in our villa this is the only negative feedback we have received.

| "Great villa with plenty of room, its near to loads of bars and restaurants but without being so close that you cant sleep at night. It is very clean and comfortable with all the facilities you need for a relaxing holiday. This year will be our 3rd visit and we cant wait."
