| "The house was very well equipped with plasma, home theather, PlayStation, swimming pool etc. And the overall quality was very good.The kitchen plates and glasses could have been better or more of them but that was a minor. Only little supprise was that the one bedroom really suites only for children and it wasnt at the level of other bedrooms. Nice views to the lake and friendly service from the owner. Would definately recommend to others."

| "The location was delightful with spectacular views to the surrounding hill and down over the lakeside town of Salo. Villa design was modern and stylish with lots of interesting features. Electrical problems caused niggling glitches with the pool and latterly the garage door motor. Enzos local restaurant tips were spot-on with a lovely combination of cuisine and value for money. Local Michelin starred restaurants ranged from sublime to extreme but were well worth visiting.

Pool pump keeps tripping CB
First floor bedroom window wont open and overhead lighting inoperative
Downstairs toilet towel rail & seat need secured
Halogen bulbs 4 of 9 inoperative
Downstairs main bedroom blind
& curtains missing
Main lounge blind slats broken
Dining / hall 8 bulbs out
No dish towel on week 1
Upper terrace irrigation not working
Broadband connection inoperative
Garage door electric Motor failed.

| "Lovely villa with wonderful views and great pool. Somewhat on the expensive side compared with similar properties, however we had a wonderful holiday.
A few minor niggles a few more tea towels , instructions on rubbish disposal and info on whether washing powder etc is provided.
Otherwise a great stay and the local restaurant was wonderful."

| "Villa Mezzane is a modern villa that served its purpose with fabulous views over the lake below and a nice pool. The villa is large, spacious, light and airy and well equipped, especially the kitchen and laundry room, although the bedrooms let it down considerably, having no bedside or dressing tables and no mirrors and being somewhat charmless. A lot of money had been spent on TVs (four big screens in one house!) but internet access was down, which was a bit of a nuisance. Please note that the bedroom and bathroom upstairs are adjacent to the kitchen and living areas and are not completely sealed in (a glass partition separates the top of the rooms but is not flush to the beamed ceiling joists) making noise and privacy an issue. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and, having toured most of the key towns on the lake, would rate Salo as the highest, being less touristy and very pretty."

| "we stayed [4 adults 4 kids] at villa mezzane april 2008 and found it absolutely excellent.the villa is very spacious with fantastic modern finish and superb facilities.the pictures on the website do not do justice to the place and the views night and day are breathtaking also well located for salo lake gardas nicest town"
