| "Wonderfully appointed property in a great location within easy walking distance of the slopes even for children carrying their skis. It is also within walking distance of the village, though it is advisable to have a car to carry your shopping back. It is very comfortable and furnished to a very high standard - we will certainly be booking again for next year."

"the best appartment-experience we ever had in austria! everything is new, clean and handy.
broganhaus right on the slope so therefore no waitingtime at the skilift.
even 9 adults in the house was no problem, we had enough space in the bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms.
we really felt at home, thank you very much!"

"Die Wohnung ist für acht Personen ( 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder ) hervorragend geeignet gewesen und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Anfahrt sollte auf jeden Fall im Winter mit Schneeketten erfolgen, wenn man keinen Allradantrieb hat.
Die Nähe zur Piste des Achter-Jets ist mit ca. 75 m optimal für jeden alpinen Skiläufer.
Die Wohnung ist auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen, da wir einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt hatten."

Dieses Penthaus wird auf Bodengleiche betreten und auch ein doppeltes Sofabett im lebenden Bereich hat, damit bis 10 Erwachsene untergebracht werden können

"Wij hebben de kerst doorgebracht in Broganhaus. Het is een ruim, compleet en zeer mooi ingerichte accommodatie. Het uitzicht is prachtig en de ligging voor geoefende skiers perfect, vrijwel direct aan de piste. Voor beginners (zoals het grootste deel van onze groep) is de afdaling naar de lift te moeilijk en dus moet je alsnog elke dag met de auto. Dat is jammer, juist ook omdat het huis bergop ligt en bij sneeuw toch eigenlijk kettingen nodig zijn. Verder is het een heerlijke plek en hebben wij een super vakantie gehad in Broganhaus! Ik zou het anderen (niet beginners) zeker aanraden en wie weet gaan we zelf ook nog eens terug!

| "Sehr komfortables, mit allen Anehmlichkeiten ausgestattetes Appartement in super Lage. Direkt an der Piste (kein Skibus o. Auto nötig) und trotzdem noch fussläufig zu den örtlichen Apres-Ski Hütten (z. B. Musistadl). Problemlose Abwicklung der Buchungsformalitäten und sehr hilfsbereite Vermieter! Sehr empfehlenswert!"

"We were satisfied with the accommodation and skiing area. Maybe the price could be more agreeable since the house was in the mddle of construction site (this was a little bit anoying). Otherwise the appartment and its position are excellent and we have allready recommeded it to others."

| "we found the house so beautiful!!! it is perfectly located near the snow slopes and has a beautiful view on flachau town.
the house is so much fun. eveything is new. the house is always warm, has a great great kitchen + living room space. its fun to cook in this house (which we did a lot).
there are games for kids and adults, nice lcd tv, beautiful balconies and big windows...
It was also very nice to see how this kind of business can be made thru email + sms only. very easy-going. hope to be there again sometime or at least send friends... thank you.

"We had a lovely week staying in Broganhaus, the house is spacious and comfortably furnished with a well equiped kitchen, everything is new. The Achter Jet ski lifts can be seen from the window. The driveway is rather steep and it was very slippery when we arrived. Nice place, worth recommending!"

The incline of the road down to the carport is to be changed and there will soon be a steel staircase for those returning from skiing.

"We had a lovely time at this chalet. the location is unbeatable, less than an hour from salzburg airport and not far from the main road. the chalet is new and very nice with all mod cons. the ski lift can be seen from the window - very close by. we had problems finding the right road for the chalet and the drive tended to be an icy slope down to the front door, but a bag of salt was readily available. All in all, good value and very comfy, we would definitely return."

The road for leading to this apartment is not yet properly marked but will be in due course and it will not be easy to spot if you arrive at night and you have not familarised yourself with the area around the location. This will improve with time.
It is right that the driveway down to the carport is a little steep but a galvanised steel staircase will be erected by March 2008 that will solve this problem for those returning from the slopes.
The gradient of the incline will also be improved in due course.
The location I agree is unbeatable !!
