"Casa Rosanna - Update August 2007
After a couple of long rentals during 2006/2007 we are now back to our holiday rentals - thank you to the recent guests/bookings.
In second half of 2006 Casa Rosanna was completely repainted externally with all external walls recently chino'd to bring the appearance back to as as new. An additional gated access from the rear garden has been commisioned for this autumn - creating a direct access to communal pool.
Local area -
La Finca commercial centre is now gathering pace and has a small supermarket (less than 3 minutes walk) plus new bars and restaurants opening regularly.
MonteMar castle is under renovation after being purchased by Algorfa town hall to use as a heritage/cultural centre with bar and restaurant.
La Finca Golf course still on target to host Spanish Open within 2/3 years.

| "Our family of four had a great holiday at Casa Casa Rosanna, it is a quiet setting and with great views. A car is essential due to the location of shops and beaches. Air conditioning would have been a blessing due to it being very hot at night,but the ceiling fans just coped.The pool is superb and well looked after. The property manager (Helen) helped us sort out a problem (not villa related)and was friendly,polite and did a great job. All in all great villa, great place and a great holiday."

| "We had a great holiday at Casa Rosanna. This is a lovely property and our kids had loads of fun at the pool. The only downside was that there was no air conditioning. This would have been a huge bonus (even if we needed to pay extra). It is quiet far from shops/beaches you do need a car.
I would highly recommend the beaches at Guardamar and La Mata."

| "I'd like to take this opportunity to thank Paul & Suzanne for allowing us to use their lovely Casa Rosanna. We had a superb time - what stunning views from the solarium and terrace! Great pool and peace and quiet was just what the doctor ordered!! Enjoyed the DVD's and loved the spaciousness of the property. We'll be back next year if not sooner..."

| "We have been going over to Spain once a month since christmas and this is by far the best rental we have had. The view from the roof terrace is beautiful, you can see a castle as you look towards the sea. There is usually a nice breeze blowing in the early afternoon, so lunch on the balcony is a must. The community pool is great and was a big hit with my friends children. It is a very quiet area and the lack of bars etc. was a big hit for me. It is only a 10 minute drive to Benijofar and Rojales for shops and bars. The only small downside was a lack of TV, (I had to go to a bar to watch Liverpool). Thoroughly pleased and will definately book again."

"Casa Rosanna - house improvements update
Internal:
1)New electric fire in lounge (wood burning stove effect)
2)Second DVD player in master bedroom.
3)30+ DVD's for your enjoyment.
External:
1)New coffee table and chairs for the front porch.
2)New dining table and chairs for the rear garden.
3)Cold shower fitted on roof solarium.
You can now eat and drink in the sun or the shade and enjoy sea views or mountain views from the porch, first floor terrace or rear garden! Sun loungers are of course on the solarium with 360 degree views and the new cold shower!!
Community area:
1)Our communal pool opens on the 1st May after undergoing extensive refurbishment.It is by far the best pool in the area with statues, water features and new seating.It has been well stocked with all kinds of exotic plants even palm trees for shade!

"A good location which matched the advertised description and good value for money. Only disappointment being the lack of nearby shops, bars or restaurants - decent ones being a reasonable car drive away.
However views from the solarium were lovely. The house would benefit from some additional chests of drawers etc. in the bedrooms."

"Thank you to all our guests for their supportive reviews and constructive comments during 2004.We have taken these on board and have made the following additions and changes at Casa Rosanna.
Inside:
1)Lounge has new 21" TV and seperate DVD player also a Radio/CD player
2)Master Bedroom has new chest of drawers with TV and Radio/Cassette player.
3)There are beach chairs/parasol,bodyboards and beach games for the use of our guests.
Outside Garden:
1)We have carried out more planting during 2004 and have introduced the colourful Bourgainville amongst others. We have also added large ceramic pots and tubs containing a variety of plants.
Local area:
1)New Garden Centre just opened at entrance to La Finca.10 minute walk.
2)New road linking Motorway directly to La Finca Golf is finished just waiting for official opening date.
Property Management:
1)Due to the success of 2004 and the already healthy order book for 2005 (thank you to those that are coming back next year)we have decided to employ the services of a professional property manager.They will not only ensure that Casa Rosanna is in tip top condition for your arrival but they will also be on hand for you during your stay.Their ofiice is just off the old square in AlMoradi (7 min drive).

| "The weather was windy so we could not enjoy the fantastic roof terrace and in November the pool is freezing but the property was brilliant - nice and spacious even with 5 people (inc 3 children). All in all it was the best villa rental we have experienced."

| "An all girl break - 2 mums and 2 teenagers! House everything we expected.Stunning views.Friendly locals.We did need the car however it made us get out and explore all that the lovely area has on offer.Great restaurant/bar at La Finca Golf. Recommend boat trip to Tabarca Isle.
Will be returning!"
