| "The apartment was immaculately clean when we arrived. It had all the items described in the spec, everthing to make you feel at home away from home! The balcony had a lovely sea view in the distance as well as the complex pool area right in front.
The shower was high power with perfectly hot water at all times and the actual cubicle was spacious as well. Towels were provided although they werent changed at anytime during our stay, but a washing machine is provided for use.
The air con had a max timer of 2 hours but worked fine while on. Lighting was good in all rooms, decent and clean bedding, wardrobes and drawers were provided. Bed was also comfy.
Hair dryer was of a decent power. Kitchen had all cutlery although i didnt see any bowls.
There were good clear instructions and a guide to the local area in the room when we arrived which was very helpful.
The complex itsself although lovely and nicely quiet but not very well lit at night. I think this is the same in most of cyprus though. The complex is in a good area with everything close by within walking distance.
I would definatly recomend this place to others, as we felt totally at home here at all times."

Apartment was exactly as described in the advert, very clean and well presented.
One small down side was i think a spare set of bed linen and towels should have been supplied."

| "The property was immaculate when we arrived. It met our expectations in terms of how it was equipped and cleanliness. If i had anything bad to say it would be that the welcome pack didnt contain much information compared to others on previous holidays. Id also have to say that given the time of year that we stayed in this apartment (July/August) when the weather was at its hottest the air conditioning could have done with having a permanently on setting especially at night when you sleep rather than having to get up every two hours just to switch it back on once it starts to get uncomfortable again as its on a timer of no more than two hours."

| "We had an excellant stay at this apartment 22nd April - 29th April 2009 it has everything you need for a lovely holiday.
It is really close to Nissi Beach and a short walk [approx 20 mins] to Ayia Napa for bars and restaurants.
Nissi 3 is a beautiful complex and is kept well maintained - the pool and communal areas are really clean and we would definately recommend this to anyone looking for an exceptional apartment which is value for money!"

| "Absolutely lovely accommodation in a good venue. The villa was equipped with everything that we needed...and more. The complex was fairly quiet, therefore we had the swimming pool to ourselves.
Will hopefully be back."
