| "couldnt fault the property - clean and well looked after. Great location and great pool. Will definitely stop at the property again.
and have already recommended it to two of our friends.
this is the second time we have actually stayed on this complex.
looking forward to staying at this property in the future - couldnt fault it. Water cooler and air conditioning was an added bonus in the 90 degree heat! Thanks to the owners.

| "My partner and I stayed at Alis apartment G3 for 2 weeks in May/June 2009. The apartment was great, it had everything we needed and was really spacious and well looked after. The complex itself was wonderful and we loved the pool area which was peaceful, relaxing and in really beautiful surroundings. Ideally situated. We also met the owners Alistair and Linda who came out to stay in apartment F1 whilst we were there and they were really lovely people, it was a real pleasure to meet them. Will definitely stay there again if we return to Aiya Napa. P.S. You have to go to Hakkaido, the Japanese restaurant across the road, well worth going to Aiya Napa just for that. (Try the smoked chicken rolls) :)"

| "I cant possibly think of anything else to add to this already well reviewed holiday property, but here goes. The apartment was all we hoped for and more! We were really impressed with the cleanliness, comfort and quality of everything. There were lots of extras that made our holiday so much more comfortable than the usual holiday accommodation.
The tropical gardens are magnificent and the pool was very clean.
Communication from Ali prior to our departure was very good and the directions from the airport to the apartment were spot on.
In summary – a five star experience.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The apartment was excellent. Clean, well furnished and comfortable. The facilities within the complex were also good... lovely pool. The cafeteria served good food... and their waffles are to die for! The immediate area around the complex was relatively quiet but only a short walk to the many bars and restaurants and a 10 minute walk to "the Square" if you want more action!"

| "The apartment was lovely and so was the complex. Both were very well located . Inside the apartment all the appliances had been intelligently anticipated to the needs of the user, were obviously new, in safe working order and clean. I thought the pictures on the website matched what the apartment was really like, but more probably in reality, we thought that the apartment was much nicer than the pictures. The apartment represented very good value for money and is a place where I want to return to.
Although the taxi firm was expensive, it represented a totally reliable, efficient and courteous service which counts for a great deal when commuting back and forth from airports."

| "As this was our first time booking an apartment on-line I was a bit worried but the booking was easy and we were very pleased with the apartment and the complex. the complex is quiet and peaceful but would be different in high season. the resturant onsite is excellent. we were very happy with our apartment and my husband is already looking at going back sometime."

| "been going to ayia napa now for the last 13 years while we were there last year we found this complex and we must say this was a fantastic place to stay very relaxing suroundings very nice friendly staff at the la casa resteraunt the apartment itself was very comfortable with everything you need on hand cleanliness was superb and we will certainly be staying again and would highly recommend it to anyone else thanks again ali and linda for letting us stay at your apartment."

| "Having stayed in Ayia Napa only a few months ago I was aprehensive of what we should expect for the money we had paid. I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The complex is absolutely brilliant and the apartment is just what you need. The outside area to the apartment is lovely and many a night was spent out there with a drink or two!! Having an outside electrical point also meant we could lisiten to our music without the fear of annoying the neighbours - they are far enough away so as not to be intrusive or annoyed by our noise. The food and drink in the on site restaurant and bar is excellent value for money and the guy who runs the complex is an absolute charmer. I remember passing this complex on my previous visit to Ayia Napa and thought it looked too expensive to eat in - how wrong I was. I will be recommending Alis Apartment to anyone who is thinking about visiting Cyprus. What more could you want - the weather was amazing, everyone we met within the complex was lovely and I only spent £300 all week!!"

| "The appartment met all the family needs, satalite tv, xbox, washing machine, iron,water cooler etc.brilliant home from home.
The complex was excellent ,very clean and well maintained and positioned well within Ayia Napa.
The restaurant on site was of a high standard with competive prices.
I would have no problem recomending Alis Appartments.

| "This apartment is excellent for holidays in Cyprus. It is in a perfect location - close enough to walk to the Square (the club scene) but far enough away to not hear the noise. The apartment is very well equipped and has absolutely everything you could need. The complex itself is really nice, with a great swimming pool and bar and fantastic tropical gardens. | "This is a beautiful apartment - tastefully furnished, comfortable and well equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable stay - all in prime order including brilliant air conditioning. Satellite TV and Playstation were great, if only to occupy the children for a few minutes here and there. Pool and gardens were maintained to a high standard. It is great to be able to chill out by the complex pool and both pool and pool area are well maintained. Nice that the apartment is in a quiet location and then having a few minutes walk to the livelier area where the bars and restaurants are - lots of bars and restaurants to choose from. Definitely recommend this apartment and we will definitely be going again.""
