| "A nice property in a lovely area of Valencia. Plenty of local supermarkets, bars and restaurants.
The villa itself is spacious and has been well maintained although the decor could probably benefit from a bit of a face lift within the next year.
The pool was excellent and not at all cold as many have suggested.
The only negative comment (and it really is a minor one) was the quality of the beds. I slept on one of the twin beds and it was very uncomfortable indeed, leading to a few sleepless nights and a sore back the following morning.
If the owners attend to this point then there is nothing negative that can be said about the place."

The villa is situated on a fantastic sized plot in the El Rafalet district of Javea in the hills behind the town. It offers a great deal of space to enjoy outside eating patio relaxing as well as a generous sized pool and sunbathing area. Inside the rooms are well sized with good sized bedrooms bathrooms kitchen and communal areas. The decor is typically spanish and the kitchen is well stocked with crockery cutlery pans etc making it ideal for families who do not want to venture out every day and night
The only downside is the quality of the entertaimnet systems which are very old and whilst it is advertised as having Sky television the only channel you can access of any note is Sky News. The pool in temperature is challanging to say the least and for young children is far too cold, this is probably because for much of the day the pool is in the shade due to the surrounding buildings. To overcome this the owners need to invest in an outdoor pool heating system or make some small building alterations by opening out some of the walled in area surrounding the pool
Overall we enjoyed our time at the Villa and would definitely consider returning and would have no hesitancy in recommending it to freinds and family"

| "we had the most amazing family holiday..........6 adults ne baby and a toddler.......overall score from our family independantley was 8 out of 10.
Everything great, except the odd creaky bed and some very old plastic outside furniture compared to the beautiful outside dining furniture, also the pool could have been slightly more child friendly but all in all a great time was had.

| "A fantastic villa. We were a party of 12 and did not ever feel cramped. We hired cars to go out and about, but were equally happy to have quiet days at the villa. The kids had a great time in the pool, and there were loads of pool toys for them to use. The bar-b-q was well used. We hadn't expected such an abundance of wildlife but it added to the holiday fun! To summarise a fabulous place to relax and unwind and would highly recommend it. The local shops and restaurants were great value too, and the local people were all very friendly and helpful."

| "Amazing villa which had a lot of charm and character. Every room had the feeling of bringing the outdoors inside. Fantastic views. 10 of us sharing (including 3kids) and there was plenty of space to run around and do your own thing. Nice grounds, little things like electrical socket adaptors, indoor games etc all catered for. Very highly recommended!!!!"

| "The property is at the top of a hill on a small estate. It is easily on the largest plot of land and lives up to all expectations. It is large, comfortable, family friendly and very convenient for Javea, Moraira & Denia. A car is essential to fully enjoy the surrounding areas and in particular to get you to the beaches. We would recommend it to any family looking for a great base from which to explore the northern Costa Blanca."

| "had an excellent time at Finca Ventecullo Oct 2005. Very spacious, pool table/table tennis came in very handy especially with kids. Lots of night-time board games kept us amused. We relaxed quickly - just like home from home. Lovely and quiet with great views."
