"Just a few lines to let you know how much I enjoyed my two weeks holiday at your Villa. Everything was just as described and we were most impressed by the wonderful scenery, especially the surrounding mountains. The transfers to and from the airport were on time, comfortable and hassle free. We also really appreciated the unobtrusive manner in which the Gardener tended to his work and how clean he saw that the pool was daily. Finally, thanks for the shopping instructions on the Fridge. This was a great help in ordering essential groceries and drinking water supplies, which were delivered most promptly throughout our stay.
Again, many thanks for the hire of your excellent property.

| "AIRPORT TRANSFER: Fine, no problems. Had to endure a bit of time with someone trying to hire me cars, organise boat trips etc but they were punctual and the transfer was good.
VILLA LOCATION: There are plus points and negative points about the villa.
Firstly, Hisaronu is a nice place, we much preferred it over Olu Deniz because it is less crowded and more importantly a lot cooler with the mountain breezes. We also found Hisaronu cheaper because Olu Deniz is purely for tourists
The villa is located within a flat 5 minute walk to the centre of the town where theres loads of good bars and restaurants. Unfortunately, there is no shop close to the viall so its the same walk to the nearest shop.
The downside of the location is that it overlooks a school. The school wasnt used whilst we were there but it just takes the edge off the holiday feel. Also, the walk from the town through unlit streets and the empty school was a bit unnerving.
VILLA PROPERTY: No problems with the property. Nice, clean. All mod cons. Good size rooms. Lovely veranda overlooking the pool. Minor problem with the power was sorted very quickly. Gardener also came within hours when we asked to have the lawns mowed.
CONCLUSION: All in all a good holiday at a reasonable price. If the small issue of overlooking the school and the unlit walk back from town doesnt bother you then this property is worth a look at.

| "the photos on the website dont do this villa justice, inside the rooms are excellent with air conditioning throughout, the xbox came in handy keeping the kids amused while trying to get ready to go out in the evening. during the day the villa has everything you need for a great holiday the pool for the kids sun loungers and a porch that lets you sit in the shade and relax. hisonarus town cente is only 5 or 6 minutes away with excellent restaurants and bars, a welcome pack tells you some of the best places to visit. the villa is well maintained with the gardener their daily in the morning and the cleaning lady attending once a week. transfers to and from the airport again where punctual and hassle free.overall an excellent villa with the people of hisonaru making you feel very welcome. highly recommended family holiday"

| "Beautiful, comfortable villa, we had a fantastic stay. Transfers were on time and the driver was very friendly and helpful.On a negative point the swimming pool steps proved difficult for unfit or elderly people and i would not reccomend for small children."

| "Villa exceeded our expectations. Pictures didn't do justice to the property.
It was home from home, with all comforts that you would expect at home eg: washing machine, full size kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, iron & ironing board, satelite tv, cd & dvd player.
Property was nicely maintained - cleaned weekly and pool maintained daily along with garden.
The only thing that seemed to be missing was an outside BBQ, which would have been nice as several other properties had them.
The building of the new school opposite didn't cause us any problems even though groundwork was still being carried out.
Set in an ideal location, near enough to all amenities, but far enough to be away from all the noise of Hisaronu.
My family and I would highly reccomend this property, and would definitely consider returning in the future.

Excellent accomodauton -very clean and hig quality fittings, etc - Comfy beds - great air condition individually controlled by room
Great for children - plenty of shade - pool cleaned daily

| "We were a bit in the dark about this kind of holiday as we have never arranged ourselves.When we saw the Villa it was exactly the same as the pics we had seen. Inside was just as good and the standard was excellent."

| "great location, villa was of an excellent standard. Only problems were pool needed to be cleaned more regularly and random men would turn up late at night with no warning to do the garden!!
Apart from this, had a fantastic time, would definitely go back!"

| "The villa was beautiful. Cleverly designed with a porch overlooking the pool so that the whole family could enjoy the activity around the pool area. Whilst the sun worshipers soaked up the rays dear old dad could sit in the shade, read his book and have a cool beer.
The only blot was the building of a new school opposite and although it didn't disturb us too much, as most of the outside construction was completed, I feel we should have been told about it when we booked.
