| "When we arrived at the Lodge the owner was there to greet us with the table laid, kettle boiled ready for afternoon tea and a welcome pack set out in the fridge. The cottage is very well equipped and cosy with a very comfortable bed. The description alas does not in any way do the property justice as only by making a personal visit can one can fully appreciate the location and the scenery. It far exceeded my expectations. On a clear day you can see the Welsh Coast and not one car can be seen blotting the landscape. It is well located for touring which was a pleasure as all main roads are in excellent condition and motorists are extremely courteous. The grounds are very well maintained with many lovely shrubs and has a wonderful sun trap on the decking area. It is indeed excellent value for money and I would not hesitate in recommending it and look forward to a further visit.

| "The property was clean and well maintained and very comfortable.
The owner was there to greet us when we arrived. She was extremely friendly and helpful and even had tea and sandwiches waiting for us which was very much appriciated.
The grounds surrounding the property were beautiful as was the view over the Irish Sea towards Wales.
We would definately return to this lovely. peaceful property."

| "a very nice modern property situated on hill overlooking coastal town of arklow,with great views and scenery. we found the town of arklow to be excellent in every need with new shopping centres,tescos etc. would recomend this property to anyone,from hill walkers to young couples like ourselves. may have benefited from slightly more time taken to clean one or two areas to be over critical, (new kettle and frying pan also) but all in all we loved it and would go back again and again.thanks for a great stay and warm welcome! p.s pictures really dont do it justice."
