"I have visited Orlando on a few occassions and would say that this villa compared with others is of a high standard.
The pool was south facing and we therefore got the sun all day long. The villa was clean and well cared for and we had no issues with any appliances within the villa. It was conventiently situated, close to all amenities and the parks.
Our only complaint is in regards to the heating of the pool. It was not switched on until the 2nd day of our holiday and it took 3 days to heat the pool and we therefore couldn't use it during that time. Unfortunately there was no cover to lay over the pool at night and during a couple of cold days it lost all it's warmth and once again we had to wait 3 days for it to heat up. In total we couldn't use the pool for about a week of our stay. We contacted the management team 3 times before they came out to the villa and sorted the problem.
Although this was an issue I still have to stay that we enjoyed the villa but wished we hadn't wasted our money on the pool heat. I would have given this villa a higher score if it weren't for the problems with the pool. We did enjoy our stay and would consider returning.

Unfortunately, during this guest's stay, there was a very heavy frost.
This was the first time in four years we lost plants due to the frost.
If the outside temperature goes down to below 45 degrees the
pool pump will not work,although this doesn't happen too often in Florida!!
We have taken on board this guests comments regarding new Solar Rings we had purchased were not as good as a Pool Blanket and have now installed a new Pool Blanket.

| "This property is very well located, just far enough away from the lights and tack of Highway 192 but near enough to reach Disney within 20 minutes and the other attractions within 45. Madeira Beach (Gulf Coast and very nice) about 90 mins, the same for Cocoa Beach on the other side. The home is very well, and tastefully appointed with the added luxury of an extensive pool deck and spa. Soooooooooooo relaxing after a hard day's foot slog at the park or at the malls.
Big TV, (the US version of Deal or No Deal is so NAFF!) but the on-tap weather reports are useful and usually accurate.
Every convenience is provided and ample (perhaps too much so) signage keeps guests on their toes. Provision of a PC was a real help for info and directions and on-line checkin to get best seats on plane (it worked!) 3 'real bedrooms' with a 'den' with sofa bedf for extra 2 - but wouldn't recommend if you want to get the best out of the accomm.
Plenty of stores and eateries close by (WAL-MART SUPERCENTRE <1 mile) Walgreens / CVS at the end of the street (400 yds) and decent bar / saloon restaurant - Randys very near on US27 just before you make a right into Glenbrook.
Only downside was last few days 2 VERY noisy families moved in next door and thought it a good idea to hit the pool screaming and shouting at 7.00am. This is against the rules but I wonder how strictly these rules are enforced. They should be as this is a mixed vacation / residential neighbourhood.

| "We stayed at Lakeview, Glenbrook during the last 2 weeks of June 07 and had a fabulous time. The Villa is immaculate and the pool with covered lanai is a real bonus. Beautiful lake behind with Cranes that come wandering up to say hello! Both our boys loved it (ages 4 & 15), so something for all ages. Great having the large screen TV plus the Den so our eldest could go off and watch what he liked when we got back in the evening. I'd definately recommend the villa!"

| "We have stayed here twice now and have been entirely satisfied on both occasions. Excellent location to get to the parks. Massive supermarket just around the corner. Management company were very helpful and friendly. Villa was spotless when we arrived and the furnishings are 1st class. Internet access was a bonus, we could keep up with English weather. it's good to know that it's snowing and freezing in England whilst we sunbathe by the pool. Having stayed in other villa's, in previous years, prior to finding this one we feel this villa is hard to beat. we are already thinking of a 3rd week."

| "We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. The home is located in a quiet area, it was easy to get to and had easy access to shopping and attractions.
The description of the home needs to be updated to reflect no computer access, although there is access at the clubhouse.
Our only disappointment was with the pool heat. We paid for heat, yet apparently the heat pump needs a few days to heat it to temperature. When inquiring into this we were told that it would take until Monday. We felt it should have been ready when we arrived Saturday afternoon."
