"The property was roomy, clean and furnished ok.
The decor was also fine.
The pool area was spacious enough, but was spoiled a bit from the berries that dro pped from the bushes that then got trampled in and around the pool area.
The use of the outside area was a bit dissapointing, with a walk up the steps to the veranda, and then back on yourself to the front door.
The overhanging tree in the way of the entrance to the patio area to the side of the building put us off spending any time there, and because of that we could only sit and eat outside the front door. (apart from eating inside)
A lack of lighting from the main gate to the front door was a bit dangerous whenever we came back from a night out, and with a lack of lighting around the pool area, that was also a no no for any alfresco eating.
The villa was situated very close to the pueblo, and to the bus stop, and was probably the best feature of the villa."

Thank you for your comments. We have made steps to improve things: The trees with the berries have all now been cut back as well as the overhanging tree at the entrance of the patio area. This allows easier access to the patio area. There is still some of the overhanging tree remaining as it provides great shade for guests during hot months of july and august.
In the patio area there are other garden tables and chairs. These can be moved to any part of the garden including the large lawn area for alfresco eating.
There is already a large marble table and chairs in the pool area for outside eating.
An electrician has been round and we are in the process of putting in many more outside lights. So this will be a well lit area for alfresco eating.

We are glad you enjoyed the village (pueblo) with its many cafes and pretty little spanish white streets and houses with the church which is lit up at night. We hope to see you again soon.

| "Beautiful villa, very well equiped. Lovely quiet location but in easy reach of pueblo on foot and benalmadena costa both by car and bus. Supermarket only 2 mins drive |(carrefour). Plenty of restaurants and bars in pueblo if you dont want to go any further afield. Our first time in a villa and we really enjoyed it. Many thanks."

| "We will definitely be coming back again! the villa is lovely with a very green garden and a good sized pool. The views are great and there is a nice sea breeze for the really hot days. We most enjoyed being able to walk into the local village and enjoy tapas and meals out. Very cheap to eat out. The supermarket is near so we often barbeque at the villa. We hired a car as we like to explore or drive down to the beach but you really dont need a car if you want to relax by the pool. The village has a supermarket so you can get everything you need. The couple, Tony and Liz, who let this villa were very friendly & helpful and available for any advise or help."
