| "beuatiful property with lots of nice features, the swimming pool is fantastic in the cyprus heat and the interior is a very high standard, you do however need a car to get to shops, bars and restaraunts but a fantastic holiday!"

| "A fantastic villa located in a beautiful peaceful area. Views of the mountains and the sea.
We were warmly welcomed by the local agent who kindly filled the fridge with lots of provisions, which made so much difference, especially as we arrived late in the evening.
The directions to the villa were great, we had no problems at all finding it from Lefkosa.(Nicosia)
The villa is beautiful, great location, beautifully designed and absolutely spotless!
We were very pleasantly surprised.
It has everything you need plenty of outdoor space,beautiful gardens, bbq and utility room.
We loved spending time around the pool and simply relaxing.
We found the area of Alsancak great for travelling around and into Kyrenia itself. Its nice and quiet but easy and close to all the other lovely areas.
The couple next door were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed chatting with them.
Overall, excellent villa. It exceeded our expectations and will definately be returning in the near future."

| "We had an excellent 3 weeks at the villa, most of which was spent relaxing by the pool. It was very peaceful and quiet which was exactly what we were looking for. There was usually a cool breeze even in the evenings so we didnt get too hot. The lack of air conditioning wasnt a problem either as all the bedrooms have ceiling fans. We were very well looked after during our stay there and Roland was very helpful prior to our departure. We are looking forward to going back there next summer."

| "Hi, This property was purfect for us.
A great villa in a great location. The gardens are well established and colourful and the pool was very nice even in October!
We were a little concered about the noise levels mentioned in the villa description, but this was soon forgotten as whilst we were staying there we didn't here a thing! It was very peaceful and even tranquil.
The owners were fantastic and very helpful. They arranged the transfer from the Airport and recommended the hire car company. Both of which were very competitively priced.
We will definately be hiring this villa again in the future.
Thank you Roland for helping make it a great Holiday.
