We spent 1 week in this apartment ྮ/08/09 - 21/08/09) and our impression is very good. It is noteworthy that the apartment was very clean and the visitors guide put together by the owners (Bev and Mike) was excellent. There has obviously been a lot of work behind it and it is a comprehensive guide to everything you can do and find in the area. Their treatment of guests is very professional and in short agreeble.The apartment is highly recommended for its good quality / price."

Es de destacar la limpieza del apartamento y la guia para visitantes que han realizado los propietarios (Beb y Mark), se nota que ha habido mucho trabajo detras y es una guia muy completa de todo lo que se puede hacer y encontrar por la zona.El trato muy profesional y agradable.Se trata en resumen de un apartamento muy recomendable por su buena relación calidad/precio"

| "We decided last minute to visit my father in Los Alcazares. Having made an enquiry for a week that was unfortunately already booked, Bev was extremely helpful. She contacted several friends and fellow owners on Roda to try and find us some alternative accommodation.
We visit Spain every few months - next time we go we will try and find a week that isnt already booked and visit Bev."

"Having been let down by another owner at the eleventh hour, Bev & Mike came to the rescue! With short notice for preparation, this apartment was scrupulously clean and a very comfortable find.
The welcome pack was "welcome", the kitchen excellently equipped and our hosts friendly and informative.
We have had a lovely stay. The weather was great and we will be recommending "Piso Pomsol" to our friends.

"The owners made us feel very welcome on arrival and the various items in the "welcome pack" were appreciated and a good way to start the holiday. The apartment is excellent and good value, very well equipped with all you really need. The club house is very smart and the food there is good. The golf course is good value too.
We would certainly recommend this apartment to others.

"Thank you. What an excellent Apartment! Overlooking the pool was great and we had sun most of the day.
The kids first visit to Spain and they loved it. A very comfortable stay with everything you need in the apartment.

"The apartment is light and airy and one of the best features is the HUGH balcony . . . . Lovely for a meal in the evenings or lying reading a book in the afternoons.
The bathrooms are lovely and spacious and the secure underground car park is a major bonus.
I'll definitely be back !

They offer a very handy shopping list service for before you arrive so you have everything you need for when you arrive, or if not hiring a car you can get everything for your stay.
The resort is quiet & very relaxing & the club house has an excellent restaurant & bar menu.
We enjoyed the holiday alot.

"The apartment was very good and provided everything we needed. The welcome pack and food ordering service is a real benefit and avoids you having to rush out within hours of arrival.
The complex is well kept and the pool area is a nice spot to spend an afternoon.
Everything in the general area is a bit of a trek and I would say that a car is a necessity.
The beaches and sea are very good and clean and suitable for families.
All in all we enjoyed the holiday and it was good experience of private renting considering we haven't done it before and we would certainly consider this type of arrangement again. It was certainly helped by you and your husbands hospitality and the assistance you gave us throughout.
I would certainly recommend you to others looking for this type of holiday.

"Just a quick note to say what a nice time we had while staying in your apartment.
The apartment was well presented with all the facilities we needed to feed & entertain ourselves (we all learnt some new card games & played quite a few games of dominos). Plus a good selec tion of CDs and DVDs kept us all happy.
We felt that for a young family like ours this was a really good time of year to go. The weather was warm, but not too hot, with a fairly constant cooling breeze. Temperatures of around 23c make it great for golf and young kids.
The Pool was a nice size & at this time of the year almost exclusively our own. The area was kept clean & tidy, with the grass being mown regularly.
The beaches were all clean & raked over each day. Again at this time of year we could park within 20m of the local beach & the beach bars were open but not crowded. The Mar Menor was surprisingly shallow, making it safe for children to play, I only got out of my depth once when we hired a pedalo with water slide on it!
We hope you do well in letting your apartment. The inclusion of the Welcome Pack and Personal Shopping Service was a real treat. It was great to have you buy things for us to make our first few days easier.
