| "I stayed there in January and loved it, and consequently booked this room for my friends in Manila to stay in one night and enjoy the pool, eat at the Aristocrat. They had a wonderful time and were very well looked after by Elaine."

"The unit was clean, tidy and complete of all amenities. I would recommend for long staying guests.
Location near the Manila Bay is suitable for tourists and visiting balikbayan.
Neighbourhood looked quiet and friendly.
Would have been nice if a secured parking slot was available. I felt uneasy parking my car on the street.

| "We enjoyed the location of the property, the view of the ocean from the balcony is very relaxing. It is walking distance to church, dining areas and along the baywalk. Security is excellent and we feel safe. Thanks to Ollie and Elaine, they always respond very quickly to our needs and are both very friendly people. I will definitely come back to their place for my next visit the Phil. -Rod and Lerrie"

right across Manila Bay and lovely Baywalk for early morning stroll or run for exercise.My studio was kept clean on a regular basis and I appreciate it.I won't hesitate to recommend it to a friend or relative."

| "The place took care of us, my only problem was with the air conditioner not working, but I cleaned the filter and it was much better. The caretaker was nice, and took our clothes back and forth to a laundry shop. One piece of advice i have is when going bring some toilet paper. I was running low and called downstairs and the guy didn't know what I was talking about, so play it safe. All in all though the rooms where nice, they had a great view, where clean, had fresh drinking water, wireless internet, a fridge, hot plate for cooking, and extra mattress for visitors. Oh and I did stay in the larger room the first night, if you can afford it stay in that one, cause its reall really nice."

hi! we really enjoyed our stay in baywatch tower. you guys are very accommodating. i definitely recommend it with my friends, relatives, and even my customers. i've been to five star hotel in philippines, singapore n hongkong, but baywatch tower condo-hotel better meets our needs - i never expect that we can cook and evrything is complete - from utensils to dvd cds. :) that's cool! looking forward to check in again..."

We stayed here June 5th to 7th and 17th 2007 in the studio unit.
This was a fine location for doing all that we wanted to do while we were in Manila. The unit was clean, the bed comfortable, the wireless internet worked fine. Laundry service was available just down the street and numerous restaurants within walking distance. I hope to return sometime in the future and would definitely consider using Baywatch Tower.

Hello!
I am a regular visitor in manila/malate, I am part of a global mission bringing back the ancient vedic culture (usually called the eastern wisdom)to peoples mind again in order to create hope for a better world, simply by using the Hare Krishna prayer on rosary and in singing. Krishna is the topmost love name for God.
After many hotels and many trials around the malate area I finally found my temple: the one and only baywatchtower! This place is simply the best in many ways, for me one thing is the silent aircon! (Comparing to the hotels, where the aircon machine is very noisy and where one can wonder still in the airplane or what...)
Especially suitable for westerners not so used to the noise pollution, and one more good thing about the baywatchtower is that it seems to be the only place in manila where to get fresh air!
The terass on 29:th floor is highly recommended, really extatic for early morning meditation or whatever spiritual healing one want to practise!

Me and my my boyfriend stay At baywatch tower last dec 9.We really enjoy staying there.We celebrate our aniversary and it was really special that day for us we never forget it.The place is really beautiful.and the staff are really friendly and helpful too.Thanks elaine , we would love to come back again.I will recomend this condo to all my friends and coworker.Thanks again elaine

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at BWT. We stayed there for several days in October 2006 in the studio suite and the one bedroom suite. Both units were very clean and well maintained. Everything we needed was provided from the entertainment system to the kitchen appliances. We love the balcony...beautiful view of the bay, the sunset, not to mention we can just hangout by the balcony and hear the bands playing from the Baywalk. We thankyou Oli and Elaine for the wonderful accomodation and we look forward to stay in your very cozy condo units. P.S. Thank You for the french fries that you left in the fridge. :-)

I was very pleased with my stay at the Baywatch Tower. Elaine and Oli were very helpful and accomodating.
I personnally stayed in the studio unit 1703. It was a very clean and well appointed room. The bay view was great with an excellent view of the sunset. It is just a few minutes walk from the bay, restaurants and bars. I will definitely stay there when I visit again.
