| "Baywatch Tower is a nice building with nice units. And Leandro, who manages these units does a fine job and is very helpful and readily available. What you get for your money is very faira cool condo instead of a mundane hotel room
I liked Baywatch Towers so much, I have decided to live here I just leased a 1-br unit."

| "I enjoyed my stay at the Baywatch. The accommodations were exactly what I was expecting. I only had a few issues during my stay. I was unable to access the wireless internet in the room but this was minor because I was out and about so much. The only other problem was my wife getting the feeling that some of the permanent residents seemed to look down on us because we were only tourists. All said though I would recommend this place to anyone planning to stay in manila for an extended time."

| "The property itself is very nice, clean and well kept. It's spacious for a condo unit in Manila.The view is very nice especially at night.
The pool is great also and the sauna was excellent.
It was a very hassel free check in and check out and Oli the owner was very accomodating towards my request of extra pillows.
The only concern that I had was the lack of parking space available.However we did not have any problems parking infront of the condo building although it is park at your own risk or there is a pay parking lot across the street for 200 pesos per night.
Over all, it was a good experience and I will definitely stay there again."

The view and sunset are fantastic, everything you need is in walking distance, the furniture and appliances are new and nice, theres bottled water, free internet, Elanine is very nice and helpful! Baywalk are very close, in evening theres a night-life with live music. I recommend to staying here! Next time we will be back to Manila we will staying here again.

Excellent vacation! Elaine is very helpful. The rooms are great and nearby everything. A very positive experience and I will stay here next time for sure. Internet available is so nice and bottled water always was a great bonus. Thank you so much!

The room, furniture (the bed with a therapeutic mattress is esp awesome!) and appliances are very nice. I would highly recommend this for a place to stay if you are looking to stay in the Manila area. There is a swimming pool (which fronts Manila Bay) and workout room but did not have a chance to use.
The view of Manila Bay is impressive and Baywatch Tower is within walking distance of Robinson's Mall, many restaurants and useful things like money changers.
The appliances are all new, and there is even a landline phone which guests can use to make local calls free, which is impressive! I highly recommend this as good-value-for-the-price accommodations.
