| "The properties were very good (I booked 5) very nicely furnished and ideal location. It was exactly as described on the web. My complaints if any - some of the sofas looked tired and need replacing. The skips need moving from right in front of the sign and main road. It would be also be good to have a sewer system that accpeted toilet roll, but this is not a fault of the resort! All in all I would come back again as it was good value for money and ideally located!"

| "The apartments themselves where excellent,but a bit way out for us,as our daughter has a bad heart and can,t walk very far,but taxis are always available.The only other downside that we could see, was that it was very dark coming back to the apartments at night,and also the pool area left a lot to be desired."

| "i found the property to be clean tidy and spacious enough for my family of 5, it had all the facilities and equipment i needed for my 2 week stay. the only thing i was disappointed with was that i was not aware there was building work at the side of the apartment that was ongoing from 8am until mid afternoon, it did affect my peace and quiet during the 2 weeks and would of preferred to be aware of it, there is also alot od waste land surrounding the apartment aswel as the pool, once all work has been completed it will be a perfect holiday home."

| "We have just stayed in Nissi Beach Golden Sands apartment D16 and had agreat time. The apartment was bigger than expected and the balcony was huge, easily fitting the 4 sunbeds and large table and chairs supplied, plus plenty of room to move around. But the best part of the balcony was that it had the sun all day. Views left a little to be desired as there is some building work going on but it was far enough away not to bother us. The communial pool can be seen from the balcony so we were happy to let our teenage children go down for a swim while we soaked up the sun on the balcony.
The apartment was clean and spacious with plenty of storage and hanging space including hangers. The airconditioning is controlled separately in each room. Everything you will need is provided and more we kept finding things as the week went on, an air bed, a bucket and spade, a clothes brush and much more.. There is a hairdryer that isnt mentioned in the description they have even supplied a variety of DVDs, CDs and books to suit a variety of ages and tastes. This is possibly because the satellite tv ws a bit of a waste of time but who goes on holiday to watch TV. I expect you would like to know exactly where it is situated because i know i did. Well here goes. If you go onto google earth that you can download for free and search Cyprus first the add nissi beach and search again. Zoom close to nissi island (on the left) and you will find Adams Beach Hotel. Directly behind that is the Atlantica Aeneas and directly behind that is a large green patch. The Golden Sands Resort has been built to the right on what looks like a dirt track. We went to a wedding at the Adams beach and i would say it was a maximum 10 min stroll away. The only negative aspect i can pick up on is about the complex itself. There is no lighting on the main walk up to the apartment. i am hoping this is because the complex is not completely finished but this needs to be addressed as it was a bit dark on the walk home at night. The complex was very quiet when we were there as it was only the begining of the season and i am sure the lighting from individual apartments will help as the season gets busier but i feel that it is something that the developers need to put right. Overall we had a lovely holiday in fantastic accomodation and if we ever come back to Cyprus we would book this apartment again"
