"Very enjoyable holiday - peaceful most of the time as in very pleasant setting.
However property is now showing signs of wear including damp patch on stairwell (been painted over).
Pool maintenance is a definate issue - water level being approx one foot lower than should have been. As far as aware it was not cleaned during our 2 week stay."

Hi Michele,
Many thanks for your review. I am sorry you were unhappy with the pool maintenance. Our records show that the pool was cleaned 3 times during your stay at between 5am and 6am in the morning. This is so that you are not disturbed whilst sun bathing later in the stay. We wil look at the damp patch as good maintenance is very important to us. We thank you again for your review and hope you decide to join us again for a third visit next year :-)

"Property and location were ideal for a peacefull break , the terrific views and coastline were as descibed , only negative comments are that there was a lack of towels provided and also there was not a 32" TV as stated on web site , only a small one with no instructions on how to operate the Sky and recieve the stated channels."

Hi Sandy,
Many thanks for your review. I am pleased you enjoyed the villa and its location. I am very sorry about the TV situation. The TV has now been replaced with a 32" Plasma. I will also ensure the property manager checks that the Sky instructions that were there previously are replaced with immediate effect. With regards towels, we supply 3 per guest and there is a washing machine that they can easily be washed in and drying is very quick due to the climate. Thanks very much again.

| "The villa is set in an ideal location overlooking the Sea Caves. It is set in a lovely peaceful location with easy access to Pathos, Coral Bay etc provided you hire a car. The villa itself is not detached and set within a row of 5 villas. This does not take anything away from the holiday as we had a fabulous time. It is set out over three floors with excellent views of the coast and sunset from the roof terrace. The villa is as described on the website. The pool was smaller than we had expected but it served its purpose well as there was 6 in our party (mum, dad, kids 21,19,17,and 15) and we all still managed to fit! When we arrived the villa was nice and clean and there was a welcome pack which was a lovely gesture. We were well looked after while there with the pool being cleaned regularly and the villla cleaned weekly. Liza was available 24/7 but was never needed.The villa itself was excellent value for money and we have already recommended it to friends!!"

"on arrival we were very suprised to be inbetween two other properties which were overlooked giving no privacy, by both sides as we had specifically asked if the property was overlooked but were told no, although there were neighbours.
we were also advised these properties would be empty. into day 4 both properties were being used. this was very disappointing as one side was used by a family which were very loud the other side were having building improvments which started from 8am.
we were advised that we would need a car due to the lack of ammenities around, or would need a taxi to a supermarket and tavernas. this was not the case. there is a kiosk on the main road 10minute walk which sell everything you need and cheaper than the supermarkets, without having a car they gave us a lift back free of charge as we were paying customers. also on the main road there is a restaurant called anesi which is excellent quality and excellent food which is 15mins walk away, the owner gave us a lift back every night free of charge these ammenities could of been mentioned on arrival or before we left. this saved us a £450 car rental and gave us a relaxing holiday (apart from the screaming children next door)
these aside we enjoyed the holiday and would consider going back but only as a family holiday. the property is of excellent standard although the pool ruined £150 worth of white clothing as it bleached them yellow. We would of appreciated some guidance on white clothing as it states not to wear suntan lotion in the pool which we adheard to, so used clothing for protection.
steve helped us out before our arrival and offered commitment to us by keeping us updat ed, organising taxis etc."

Many thanks for your extensive and informative review. It is very pleasing to know that the villa is open to a whole new market of people who do not wish to hire a car as we thought it would be quite essential. I accept that there are a row of 5 villas but I think you have been unlucky with them all being occupied and that some improvments were being carried out during your stay. Most guests have found sufficient peace and privacy beside the pool, on the various balconies and on the roof terrace also. The only point I would like to pick up on is the pool as our poolman did inform us that you were using large quantities of Carroten sun oil whilst using it and we feel this is the only logical explanation as to why your clothes discoloured. Thank you again for all your kind words and we look forward to seeing you again next year.

| "Beatiful and quiet location.Very well equipped villa.BBqs were great by the private pool area. Walked along the beach most days and nights and had a really relaxing holiday. Highly receommend this villa."

| "I have just returned home after a fantastic week at this villa with my husband,daughter and her friend...amazing views from every window,the villa was lovely and spacious with all you might need to make your stay hassle free.
The welcome pack contained all you would need if not able to get to the shops immediately.
The very short walk to the seacaves is a must as it really is an amazing sight.
We really loved the serenity of this villa,and the neighbours were lovely and really non intrusive.
We will be booking again for next year."

"We've just had an amazing honeymoon at the villa. The short walk to the coastline and small private areas of sandy beach were just perfect for us. The villa is very comfortable and the furniture is all good quality.
We eat out most nights as the food in the local taverns is just gorgeous.
We will definitely be back and will reccommend the villa to all our family and friends. Thanks very much.
