| "Beautiful Villa, quiet surroundings. Upon arrival everything was clean and well looked after. Food essentials were even supplied milk, bread, etc which was a pleasing and welcomed surprise. The pool was cleaned on Monday and Thursday morning, although we had no advanced warning of someone turning up to do this. Instructions on how to get to the Villa could have been a little better, not so much finding the correct road, but locating the complex the Thekla Villas are sign posted going east to west, but not west to east but we found the place with little drama, and a few drive-bys.
The Villa had a well equipped kitchen, with everything youd need, both appliances and utensils. Not that it was used, but there was is also a TV, DVD and CD player. Plenty of towels were also provided, which was another welcomed touch.
One thing which would have been useful was a quick written dos and hows we werent sure when there would and wouldnt be hot water, and who, locally, to contact in an emergency. The air-con units required to be switched on, the switch located behind the beds, only found out by investigating.
However, we enjoyed our stay a lot. ~10 minutes drive to Napa, and 30 mins to Protaras. Took a casual 1:45 hour drive to arrive from Paphos airport. Clean, quiet, and well kept villa. Recommended.

| "This villa was a very well looked after villa and and was clean and tidy. The villa is situated in a residential area so is generally peacgul and ideal for families or a couple seeking a quieter holiday. you are approximately 6km from ayia napa so there are options to go to the town which i highly reccomend there is alot to do there such as: restaurants, waterpark, water football, a small carnival, cocktail bars, mini golf, Karting, sightseeing, boat trips, shopping, clubbing and of course sunbathing on the beach. i would highly reccomend hiring a car if you go to this villa to take full advantage of where its situated."

| "The property is absolutely beautiful. Nice location, although do need transport. Only short drive to Ayia Napa and other popular resorts. Ayia Thekla beach is nice and quiet and the watersports are really cheap. The villa literally had everything you could wish for. Only suggestion would be that Malcolm and Cathy maybe left a timetable of their visits to clean pool etc. As privacy is a little bit of an issue, although did not cause any problems to our holiday. Overall a fantastic villa, even contemplating buying one in this cul de sac!"

"The villa itself was fine however:
we took our three young children on upon arrival no one was there to meet us neither were keys under the mat. It was dark and this was extremely concerning, having travelled all day, this was to say the least distressing.
We had to go to an adjoing property who by luck knew the managing agents. We had to be housed in a separate villa that evening and could only be housed by 1 pm the next day!
The maanging agents were great and we were given the price of a a meal out but this arrival shambles was extremely dissapointing."

Hi, we are sorry to hear about your disappointment. We had a computer problem and had to reinstall all the villas dates, and unfortunately your start date had been put one day forward - hence the unexpected dilemma on the first night.
We have a neighbouring friend out there that looks after the villa as an agent, and when they told us what happened we immediately arranged for alternative similar accommodation (at our cost) for the first night and also as a gesture of care we suggested that you were taken out for a meal at our expense whilst the villa was being repaired for you.
This has been the only time such incident has happened over the past 3 years since we have started renting the villa. Normally the guests get in contact with us a few days before they travel to confirm final details. It is at that stage when we arrange the handover of keys, person to meet and if necessary a pick up from the airport to the villa and whether or not they require any basic food shopping to be done for them prior to the arrival/ children facilities, baby cots, etc. Once again please receive our apologies for the inconvenience you might have experiences. We hope that this incident did not stop you from enjoying the comfort the villa provides and the idyllic scenery around.

| "Good location, just a short drive from local town slightly further Ayia Nappa. Appartment clean and well kept, everything there for a family of 2A and 2C. Pool well maintained, any problems are sorted by a neighbour of the owners."

Excellent assortment of kitchen ware, bath towels - anything you need to make you feel like your at home but obviously enjoying the delights of Cyprus. Owners very responsive to needs and neighbours very friendly and helpful.

| "We visited during August 2005 as part of our honey moon.
We had a fantastic time in the villa from start to finish. We were picked up from the airport and welcomed by a lovely couple, Kathy and Malcom, who look after the pool and the house and whilst we were there, looked after us too...:)
The pool was extremely clean and villa had everything you can ask for, from salad bowls, wine rack and normal white goods to stacks of towels, DVDs and welcome pack in the fridge.
The outside is lovely, with jasmine plants and citrus trees arched with oranges, lemons and mandarins….great time!

| "With reference to the last review, comments have been noted, thank you.
The motorway is ½ a mile away from the villa, behind a wheat field, so when all is silent you can just hear a distant murmur with the occasional car passing.
We did have mirrors in the bedrooms, but a child broke one of them so we decided to remove the mirrors from bedrooms on health & safety grounds. There are large mirrors in both bathrooms.
The outside, as well as inside is regularly & very well maintained, but when the weather is windy the outside can get dusty within minutes. The maintenance company cleans the pool and overlooks the garden every other day.
The broken lamp has been replaced, thank you for letting us know.
When you arrive at the villa you are welcomed by the people who look after it, and if there are any problems, please refer to them so they are corrected there and then.
We take great pride in the villa and looking after our guests.

| "Modest but comfortable villa in a residential area with some new building work going on near by. Also close to the motorway so you could sometimes hear the traffic. The inside of the villa was clean and the air conditioning an absolute winner but there are no mirrors in the bedrooms. The outside areas could have done with a bit more attention (broken lamp, dirty sunbed mats and someone had thrown a ball of wet paper against the wall which had never been removed.) Nearest supermarket is a short drive away and there are no restaurants within walking distance but give it time and I'm sure they'll be there. There are plenty of good eating places on the drive into Ayia Napa. The water park is also very close by and the natural lagoon of Ayia Thekla beach is also worth a visit. So overall a thumbs up."

| "basic holiday villa. the kitchen needs another base unit near the plug sockets,to be able to boil the kettle,it was on top of the freezer as this was the only way it could be pluged in." VERY DANGEROUS" Also there were no mirrors in the bedrooms to dry your hair. pool very nice and clean. fantastic neibours to the right they couldn't do enough for us."
