| "Nice apartment with everything we needed and clean too. Location was good for reaching the beaches & shopping areas although we were a little bit disappointed with the nightlife (no fault of the apartment though!). British themed pubs & karaoke seemed to be the style of the Playa de las Americas resort & we probably kept heading in the wrong direction for traditional bars! Plenty of variety of eateries though so never had to eat the same style 2 nights in a row. The road at the front of the apartment could be quite busy at night sometimes but nothing unbearable & the view down to the sea in the morning more than made up for it. The Mareverde pool & its terrace area is quite lovely (but needs to be heated during the cooler months!) and the whole area was kept litter free. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my holiday."

| "We were delighted with the apartment and it had all we needed. My children were a little disappointed to find there were no english channels whatsoever on the tv. There was a dvd player but when satellite tv was listed we presumed it meant some english channels. The door was hard to get into at first and we got no help from reception, we were told it was a private apartment and couldnt be helped. The emergency number was a recording. Clean bed lined was brought after the first week which was good. Wonderful balcony with sun from 8am until 6pm. Great pool and bars on the complex. The property is up a rather steep hill which after a night out was daunting! Overall we had a lovely holiday."

| "There were 5 of us, 4 Adults and one child, i was over the moon when we arrived to find that one of the bedrooms had 3 single beds in so there was no need to make the bed up in the lounge area, the villa was really clean and beautifully arranged and well stocked, we were really overwhelmed that no detail had not been covered, generally i do not re- visit a villa or in fact an area as i believe the world in a huge place and needs to be discovered, BUT if we were going back to Tenerife then we would not choose anywhere else other than Mareverde, Las Americas(ref: 35140) Thank you so much to you all we had a wonderful time."

| "Property was neat and clean and as it was two 1 bedroomed apartments knocked into one there was ample space for us (2 ad & 2 Chn).
Balcony overlooked busy street but noise was not obtrusive. Basic amenitities were there for cooking etc (cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster) but eating out was not expensive. Only problem was patio doors in bedroom did not lock and although we were 1 floor up we were concerned about possible robbery. Key safe was locked and no combination available although we worked it out by trail & error. Other problem was getting sun loungers. We were there 1st week of February 08 and most loungers were chained up. However apartment was excellent and suited our needs. Would go back and there would be room for another person (sofa bed). Would recommend to others."
