| "We could feel the springs in the beds, so they could be replaced. Not enough dishes in the cupboard, eg. plates and cups. There were enough glasses. Not enough tea towels in kitchen and no dish cloths for washing the dishes. No extra garbage bags. We bought tea towels and dish cloths, all purpose cleaning solution, and garbage bags and left them there for the next people. The air conditioner did not seem to come on long enough and so we found it quite warm at night and difficult to sleep. Overall, the condo and entire facility was lovely. Easy access to Disney World and the main road for restaurants, shopping, etc. We have already recommended this condo to others and would definitely stay there again."

| "The townhouse was clean, spacious and well furnished. We appreciated that the Pack & Play and baby monitor were provided so we didnt have to lug our own. The location is very convenient to the Disney Parks, and there are several restaurants within a few minutes. The complex was quiet and secure, and we loved the playground.
A few suggestions:
It would be helpful to provide a list of what is and is not provided. We were somewhat prepared and brought extra garbage bags, and a small bottle of dish soap, so we didnt have to buy those, but still needed to purchase extra toliet paper, paper towel and tissues.
The directions from Loewrys were incorrect. They said, "Once inside the complex gate, take the first left, then another left." It should be, "take the first left, then a right, then a left." Fortunately, we had a GPS.
We had specifically rented the townhouse, which was larger than we needed for 2 adults and one child, because we wanted the splash pool and paid in advance to have the splash pool heated. It was uncharacteristically cold when we were there, and the pool was only warm enough to use the first day. There was no cover so the heater was probably unable to keep the pool warm, given the chilly weather.
The mattress in the master bedroom may be due for replacement. If you sleep near the edge, it tends to compress quit a bit. My husband actually fell out of bed one night!"

| "The house was clean and simple. Overall we were very pleased.
We had two complaints. There were NO ceiling fans in this house. As a Floridian I know ceiling fans are an absolute must in Florida.
The kitchen was stocked with basic cooking essentials; however, I planned to cook almost every evening and did not have all the necessary cooking utensils/bowls/storage containers, etc..."

| "We have just returned from a 2 week stay at Windsor Hills and we had a fantastic time. The townhouse was lovely - well equipped and very clean and it was situated perfectly for the Disney Parks and there was a supermarket nearby. The facilities at Windsor Hills were excellent and we really enjoyed using the pool and the children enjoyed the slide!! The Sundry Shop had all the essentials you might need and we used it frequently.
There were only two points that we weren't completely happy with and both were not major:
1. My son slept in the double bed downstairs and complained frequently about the squeaky noises every time he turned over - he said he couldn's sleep properly but it didn't seem to stop him in the morning!!
2. The air conditioning, this was very strange and appeared to come on when it was cooler rather than when the temperature rose. As we were in at different times each day, I am not sure that this was because it was on a timer but sometimes it could be very cool and others it wasn't on when needed.
No gripes really - we had a fantastic time and were very sorry to leave. Picking up the key, etc at Lowerys was no problem and the guest book in the townhouse answered all questions.
Have no hesitation in recommending Windsor Hills to friends."

| "It was excellent,we loved it!!The property was clean,and just as desribed at internett and definitely met our expectations. Windsor Hills was faboulous.We would definitely like to go back.The staff at Windsor Hills was very friendly, and very helpsom.
One thing you could think about is to raise the aircondition temperature to at least 80 F, when it was set at 76 F it was to cold at times.This will also save som energy.

"The house was excellent, nicely furnished, clean, well equipted and felt safe and comfortable. The location was great, quiet and convienent for disney, with a decent supermarket at Formosa Gardens about 2 min drive away. The club house is a computer hot spot for those who wish to bring their own laptops, and there is an internet cafe in Formosa Gardens for those who don't but who still need a little computer access. We had lots of space and enjoyed both the (west facing) splash pool and the on-site pool complex. The kids loved having a TV too. Rubbish was collected almost daily and the pool maintainence man came and cleaned the pool. There were always staff around the pool/gym/shop complex and a life guard and security staff on duty. This house was perfect for us and we would definately return again."

"Very nice and very clean. Not a single complaint from anyone out of our party of six. Two things though. 1. Guests should be aware that they should stop at the grocery before going to townhouse for essentials. Should not be a problem in that grocery store is in same parking lot as key pick-up location. No need to get back in car to get there so very convenient. 2. I'm a business man and require high-speed wireless internet service. This unit did not have high speed internet access. If you do not require access to the internet then this is the place for you!"

| "The only suggestions we would make is to let the renters know that there will not be a complementary dishwashing solution or coffee filters, travel size salt and peppers etc. Upon renting condos in hilton head island upon arrival there would always be a one day supply of these necessary items so that it can you something to start with. since this had nothing we had to run to a late hour store to pick up these essentials. Had we know ahead of time we would have brought them or stopped on the road before we arrived.
Unfortunately their were bugs all over the entry floor (love bugs) when we arrived and the bathroom on the main floor was not ready for new renters. The cleaning people did come and apologized explaining that the previous renters had broken the shower door and the workmen were there and used the facilities. My husband did catch a piece of glass in is foot from something left on the floor.
Overall though we were happy with the home and its location and will come back better informed next time.
These suggestions will hopefully make it easier for other renters who were not aware that these small items needed to be brought. We were only there 2 nights"

| "The property is general good except:
1) Short of household supplies eg 2 rolls of toilet papers and 1 garbage bag only for a period of 10 days stay which are obviously not enough;
2) The requirement for us to return the checklist within 24 hours has been tight and those on the list were different to what were in the house; and
3) The splash pool, it seems, had not been cleaned before our arrival.
I heard from friends who rented another flat in the same location with another agent, that the flat came with free (not charged) long distance calls - an added advantage (moreso, it is cheaper in rent)!

| "We had an excellent stay in our Windsor Hills townhome and would recommend it to everyone. I don't think you'll find many other vacation accomodations that give you as much value for your money. It is 10 minutes away from Disneyworld and off the main streets. Our townhome was very clean (with the exception of the stove) and we loved our little pool (it was so private). It had everything you need for a home away from home. The facilities at the Windsor Hills recreation centre were fabulous. The pool is warm, crystal clean and big! It has a large water slide as well. We also enjoyed the hot tub and the games room with ping pong, pool and other games. My one suggestion would be to read the pamplet regarding the townhouse as soon as you get in. It has many helpful tips. Thanks for a great vacation in Florida!"

| "We stayed April 2006 and had a wonderful family holiday. The property was in excellent order - everything worked and it was very comfortable.
Facilities were good and we ate in a lot more than we had anticipated.
We would recommend pool heating at Easter - the water was a bit chilly but once we had the heating on spent a lot of time in the small pool. A TV in the downstairs 3rd bedroom would be a nice addition.
Good location - door to door to MGM Studios in 6 minutes!. Good selection of restaurants on HW192, take advantage of the ring ahead booking.
Would definately stay again.

| "We had a fantastic stay at the Casa Rica townhouse and were very happy with the beautiful furnishings, cleanliness, excellent condition, pool, the close-to-Disney location, lovely clubhouse, the fully equipped kitchen, appliances and comfortable beds. We're all hoping to be repeat visitors in months and years to come. We have already recommended your place to our friends & family.
The only concerns we had were that the rental company didn't send us an e-mail with the combination numbers for the lockbox and the key wasn't available until 4:00 PM (instead of 3:00 PM which was the checkin time in the rental info online) on Sunday 5/21. On our arrival about 2:30 at their closed offices we tried and tried to open the lock box and then called them leaving messages on their emergency line. Finally they returned our call at about 3:30 and explained that we had to wait til 4 PM. Not a big deal but we were getting worried and without the combination couldn't have gotten the key from the box if we hadn't been able to reach them.
On Thursday 5/25 we called Lowery's office to ask if there were special additional instrucitons for the washer since we were having difficulty figuring out how to make it start to wash. They offered to send a repairman but we said we would rather not have anybody come while we were out and didn't really think it was necessary until we had given it a few more tries. About 5 minutes after hanging up we pulled the knob at the right moment and the washer worked just fine. I called immediately and said that we had finally figured out how to start the washer and that no repairs or further instructions were needed and the Lowery office staff member was very understanding. However that evening we returned from Disney at 10 PM and discovered that the front door was not only unlocked but ajar - no lights were on, nothing seemed out of place and no other signs of entry but very peculiar to find the door left OPEN and UNLOCKED. Thought you should know - our guess is that they sent somebody out to check on the washer in spite of our 2nd call. We all remembered my husband locking the door so we are sure it was secure when we left for the Park at about 4 PM. Fortunately nothing was missing and no ill effects to our things or your house but we were shocked that the rental office personnel hadn't been more careful.
Thank you for all your help with our questions throughout the process and for providing such a lovely place that helped to make our family's week at Disney one of our best vacations ever!"

| "We were extremely happy with the property. Everything was as described, and we were very comfortable during our stay. We had a problem when we arrived, as the Lowery's office was closed, and we didn't have the code to open the key box outside the office. However, we managed to get the code and that was soon forgotten. My wife had one very minor criticism, although the house was very well equipped, there was no electric kettle, so making that morning cup of tea was slightly more of a job than at home, but apart from that, everything was great.

| "I was very impressed with the entire system from start to finish. The web site was very clear and easy to use and the information and directions very thorough and very useful. The property was exactly as described and , overall, was in fantastic condition. The few improvements that I would suggest are:
On the arrival form we mentioned a damaged electrical socket. This was not repaired despite me mentioning it to the office in person.
A small supply of staple items would be useful eg toilet rolls, scouring and washing cloths, kitchen roll, salt and pepper.
An easy to understand guide of how to use the heating and air-conditioning system would be useful.
Overall these are minor comments and did not detract from an excellent stay."

| "A very clean and new townhouse. Location was excellent - very close to all Disney theme parks and only a few minutes drive to the Universal theme parks. Price was great, worked out much cheaper for 3 people to stay here than in a hotel room. Having our own plunge pool was fantastic - great for that early morning pick me up. Clubhouse was very well appointed with huge pool and family friendly entertainment. Overall we had a great time and have no problem in recommending this property."
